Pros:

Habitación limpia, personal amable, buffet bueno y variado.

Cons:

Elegí este hotel sobre otras opciones por la alberca para mis hijos, la alberca a pesar de que hacía mucho calor, el agua siempre estuvo helada ya que no tienen calentador.

El desayuno con buen sazón un poco limitado, con vasos desechables para el jugo y el café. El servicio de la chica de la recepción, muy bueno, Tienen un buen café en la recepción todo el día y también en el desayuno, también una máquina expendedora de hielo, agua fría y caliente muy eficiente y moderna. Tienen una pérgola bonita en el área de la alberca. La habitación está de buen tamaño y buena distribución. Los baños de la recepción están bonitos y modernos.

Cons:

La alberca helada, no hay forma de poder entrar en ella, se entume el cuerpo. La decoración de las habitaciones y todo el hotel muy básica y sin estilo. Me dieron una habitación que olía horrible a humedad, me la cambiaron de inmediato cuando lo solicité pero fue un momento muy incomodo, la vista de la ventana en esa habitación era al estacionamiento, por cierto muy feo. Desde las 5 de la mañana había un ruido muy fuerte en la tubería del desagüe de las habitaciones de arriba, yo creo que se estaban bañando, se escuchaba todo el tiempo hasta las 9 de la mañana, ya no pude dormir por tanto ruido. No pudimos utilizar la televisión porque no se le entiende como opera, creo que no sirve el control remoto. Una de las dos camas estaba mal tendida y se desarmó toda desde el principio. Las toallas estaban dehilachadas. Para que te presten las toallas de la alberca hay que dejar una identificación y $100 en la recepción, de todas formas no las utilizamos por el agua helada. El mobiliario de la alberca muy básico, unos camastros de plastico blanco incómodos y feos, no es el que sale en las fotos de Booking

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, accesible, instalaciones limpias y cómodas. El desayuno es rico, los alimentos estan muy bien preparados, las instalaciones son cómodas. Estacionamiento amplio. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar
