Niklas Boutique Hotel

I arrived an hour early. The receptionist Alejandro was so welcoming that as soon as I walked in, I felt at home. My room was upgraded with a beautiful view from the balcony. The location is exceptional, close to everything you wanted. Rooms are immaculate and modern. Staff are always available for assistance. Breakfast is continental with lovely service. I needed a rest & surely I got that 😊

The hotel was located in the centre of Sarande, the room was a good size and very clean. There was was good quality wifi. Breakfast was included and lots of variety. Very easy to walk from the hotel to the beach and shops. Parking included

Een vrij nieuw en schoon hotel in Sarandë met vriendelijk personeel. Als Nederlander was ik vooral blij met de Rituals-producten in de badkamer 😬

Although it was a adventure finding the hotel by car, but Waze App helped a lot. We chose the hotel, because it was extremely close to the beachfront, but yet tucked away from all the night noises. The hotel had a small parking lot, where it was very convenient to park. The staff was very helpful in all cases, even suggested to us a nice VIP beach in Ksamil, is we want beautiful beach and water, without the music blasting. Rooms were clean and nice, the room had a balcony too. Breakfast was included, different pastry options. Recommend! Would definitely go again to this hotel.

We visited Albania for the first time while en route to Corfu, and thanks to this hotel and its hosts, we will certainly be back. It is a beautiful, small boutique hotel—spotlessly clean—featuring spacious rooms and a delicious, homemade breakfast. Situated on a quiet street ensuring a restful sleep, it is nonetheless within easy reach of restaurants and all the city's attractions. The owner and the entire staff went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable and safe. Due to traffic delays, we arrived after midnight, but this was not an issue at all; we were welcomed warmly. They took wonderful care of both us and our car, for which a parking spot was always guaranteed. We felt right at home. You are doing an excellent job, and we wish you all the best for the future. 🍀❤️

Personeel heel aardig en behulpzaam, ligging is perfect. Bedden zijn comfortabel en het is hygiënisch.

Dire cosa c’è piaciuto servirebbe un elenco molto lungo, quindi ci limitiamo a dire che è stato tutto eccezionale a partire e soprattutto dalla disponibilità dello staff per non parlare della modernità e pulizie della struttura ….location stupendo per chi ha necessità di essere vicini al porto! ci ritorneremo

- the hotel is very clean and well-maintained
- the room is spacious and equipped with everything you could wish for, including an ironing board, a drying rack, and clothes pegs
- towels are changed daily
- having its own parking is a huge advantage
- the breakfast is very good
- the staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need
- upon arrival, we were welcomed with candies and *rachiu* (local brandy) 😁
- the city is very nice and has a vast, lively promenade area, although it is quite crowded.
- It is very close to beautiful beaches like Mirror or Pulebardaha
