NIKLAS....top hotel!!!
Pros:

Siamo stati in questo hotel per una settimana, che dire... un vero gioiello! Le stanze sono comodissime, la pulizia è impeccabile e la posizione eccezionale... a due passi dal lungomare di Saranda! Siamo stati accolti da Aleandro, un ragazzo che, con educazione, gentilezza, simpatia e professionalità, ci ha aiutato e consigliato per tutto il soggiorno! La colazione è ricca e variegata... ogni giorno Bessa ci stupiva con nuove proposte preparate al momento....una ragazza con un'educazione d'altri tempi! Ringraziamo per il piacevole soggiorno e consigliamo a tutti!!!

alejandro was an amazing host helped us out with a lot of stuff! manager needs to give him a pay raise!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was also fantastic, as it’s close to the port and the beach, with everything we needed nearby. Having so many places within easy reach made it really convenient and accessible throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Would highly reccomend!
Pros:

Alejandro was such a superstar, my aunties said they wish they could package him up and take him home with us!

Food was good, rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

The iron was old and therefore had orange water coming out of it and it stained my clothes.

Wonderful place to stay in.
Pros:

I arrived an hour early. The receptionist Alejandro was so welcoming that as soon as I walked in, I felt at home. My room was upgraded with a beautiful view from the balcony. The location is exceptional, close to everything you wanted. Rooms are immaculate and modern. Staff are always available for assistance. Breakfast is continental with lovely service. I needed a rest & surely I got that 😊

Nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Sarande
Pros:

The hotel was located in the centre of Sarande, the room was a good size and very clean. There was was good quality wifi. Breakfast was included and lots of variety. Very easy to walk from the hotel to the beach and shops. Parking included

Cons:

Parking was a bit of a nightmare. There are parking places but the street is one way and very tight. Parked the car and the owner takes the keys in case the car needs to be moved - my car was moved twice no idea why. This hasn't affected my review score - the hotel was lovely and I would recommed just to warn others re the parking

Een vrij nieuw en schoon hotel in Sarandë met vriendelijk personeel. Als Nederlander was ik vooral blij met de Rituals-producten in de badkamer 😬

Cons:

De locatie van het hotel was helaas erg lastig te vinden. Zowel Google Maps als Kaarten gaf regelmatig een foutmelding, waarschijnlijk door het drukke en dichtbebouwde gedeelte van de stad. Hierdoor hebben we meerdere rondjes gereden voordat we het hotel konden vinden.

We hebben een aantal keer geprobeerd contact op te nemen met het hotel, maar helaas werd de telefoon opgehangen omdat de man die opnam geen Engels sprak. We werden daarna ook niet teruggebeld. Gelukkig kwam de receptioniste, die wel Engels sprak, ons uiteindelijk in de avond helpen. Dat hebben we enorm gewaardeerd.

Het hotel zelf is mooi, modern en schoon en het personeel is vriendelijk. Alleen de bereikbaarheid en de communicatie rondom onze aankomst konden naar mijn mening beter. Ook de late inchecktijd van 15:00 uur was niet fijn, waardoor we besloten om laat in de avond in te checken
