Pros:

Ja, das Frühstück war gut: frisches Brot. Das Hotel: heimelig & rustikal. Lage: schön & ruhig (Zuglinie Brienz-Interlaken vorläufig gesperrt, darum!

Een gezellig verblijf op een adembenemende plek

De mensen waren erg aardig en welwillend, de plek van het hotel was adembenemend en we hebben heerlijk gegeten, goede menukaart.

Cons:

We kregen een hele slechte kamer, kamer 9, een hok van 2 x 3 meter...we konden niet eens onze spullen kwijt, het was er bloedheet de ramen gingen naar binnen open en als we de luiken open deden lagen we dus compleet te kijk voor iedereen die er langs liep. We zouden het gepast vinden als we hier een gedeelte van ons geld terug zouden krijgen, dit was geen menselijk verblijf. We hebben ook andere kamers bekeken, die zagen er heel goed uit.

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Wildbach à Brienz et ce fut une expérience inoubliable. L’accueil était exceptionnel : le propriétaire ainsi que toute l’équipe ont été d’une grande gentillesse et nous ont immédiatement mis à l’aise. Cela nous a donné beaucoup de confiance et l’envie de revenir sans hésitation.

La vue sur le lac de Brienz est tout simplement incroyable, un véritable havre de paix. L’hôtel est très propre, le linge sentait merveilleusement bon et tout était parfaitement entretenu.

Le petit-déjeuner offre un grand choix et tout était délicieux. Nous avons aussi goûté les pizzas et les frites qui étaient incroyables.

Charming place, but what a shame to have to go into town to have a beer or lunch / dinner

Lovely building with lots of charm, and in a great setting.
Very cheerful and friendly lady doing the breakfast service.

Cons:

It took half an hour to get into our rooms, as there was no-one there when arrived (8.30pm). We faffed around calling various numbers and eventually got a whatsapp message with directions to a key safe. Really poor arrival experience.
Apart from at breakfast there were no staff. No reception area, no nothing. There was no bar, and the restaurant was never open. It was more like a hostel, which was disappointing given the out-of-town location and that I'd booked planning to eat there every night.

Preis Leistung ist ok. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es eher ausserhalb liegt und nicht im Dorf.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Die Dame im Service ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Speisekarte vom Restaurant ist viel zu gross. Sie solkten sich besser auf etwas konzentrierten anstelle auf viele verschiedene Gerichte.
Die Süssgetränke sollten nicht im Offenausschank angeboten werden. Besser in 33cl Flaschen. Speziell in der Nebensaison. Das Rivella war schon zu lange offen und ungeniessbar.

Die Lage war top, sehr schöner Balkon mit sicht auf den See. Cooles Familienzimmer

Cons:

Das Essen war ok. Es war alles im türkischen Style. Es hat alles ähnlich geschmekt.
Beim Frühstücksbuffet haben wir den frischen Käse vermisst.
Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht, während des aufenthalts (nicht gebetten, Abfall nicht geleert oder WC-Papier nicht nachgefüllt)
