Passabel für 1 Übernachtung, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte für uns nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zwar ausserhalb des Dorfes, aber am See (Strasse dazwischen), sodass man beim Frühstück, wenn man draussen sein kann, von der Terrasse einen schönen Seeblick hat.
Es gibt auch einen grossen Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es sehr warm (keine Klima oder Lüftung). Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, wobei man in einem Schweizer Hotel dieser Preisklasse durchaus mehr erwarten dürfte – beispielsweise Schweizer Käse statt einzeln verpackter Schmelzkäsescheiben und Babybel.

Das Personal sprach ausschliesslich Englisch und war nur eingeschränkt präsent, da dieselbe Person gleichzeitig für den Empfang, die Reinigung der Zimmer, Wäsche waschen und weitere Aufgaben zuständig war. Insgesamt entstand der Eindruck, dass durch Self-Check-in und eine minimale Personalbesetzung Kosten eingespart werden. Angesichts des Zimmerpreises wirkt dies etwas unpassend.

Schade, denn das Haus verfügt nach wie vor über viel Charme, auch wenn an einigen Stellen eine Auffrischung sinnvoll wäre. Das Restaurant war während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen.

Die Frotte- und Bettwäsche hat übelst gerochen - wie ein alter Käse oder Waschlappen. Gar nicht frisch und widerlich.

La chambre familiale avec mezzanine et balcon est vraiment top.
La vue superbe sur le lac.

Cons:

Le restaurant est fermé et il n'y a personne sur place pour l'hôtel. Nous n'avions pas reçu les informations par mail pour récupérer notre clé.

Cons:

Konnte nur mit dem Taxi anreisen. 5 Min. Fahrt CHF 30.-. Keine Klima. Zimmer wie Sauna. Viele Mücken. Kleiner Fernseher am falschen Platz platziert. Personal spricht nur Englisch.

290€ la nuit, une honte pour cet établissement, Booking devrait intervenir!!

Signaler les problèmes dans l'hébergement Hôtel Wildbach Brienz dans lequel nous venons de passer dix nuits!.
2900€ / 10 nuits : chambre faite tout les trois jours, accueil : boite à clé : petit déjeuner charcuterie sans protection(mouches) brique pour jus de fruit, croissants rassie, pot de lait (caillé) : prise à nu :
Nous avions réservé en février car il disposait d'un restaurant, malheureusement aujourd'hui fermé définitivement!!.

Местоположение это единственный огромный плюс этого отеля. Общий душ и туалет всегда чист.

Cons:

Очень хорошо слышно что происходит в соседнем номере. Комната маленькая, но хуже всего, что окно выходило даже не на улицу а на небольшой задний темный дворик под накрытием. Ощущение что поселили где-то в подвале😕

Cons:

Fast keinen Platz um die Betten herum. Fenster zum Schlüsseltresor hin mit entsprechendem Lärm wenn Nachts andere den Schlüssel geholt haben. Insektengitter so schmutzig, daß kaum Luft hindurch kommt.

Lovely views and a peaceful stay
Pros:

Fantastic views and a really quiet setting. The self check-in/check-out process was simple and efficient. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake was definitely a highlight, especially on a sunny morning.

The room was clean, bright and comfortable. The manager was friendly and gave us some useful recommendations for places to visit in the area.

Cons:

A little way from Brienz station, so it’s probably easier if you’re travelling by car.

Fassungslos und enttäuscht
Pros:

Wir sind immer noch völlig fassungslos, dass man in der Schweiz ein solches Geisterhotel als 3 Sterne-Hotel anbieten darf.
Und dies zu einem Preis von Fr 300 pro Nacht!
Das Zimmer war ganz ok, aber das ganze Haus ist ziemlich heruntergekommen.
Wir schämen uns für all die ausländischen Gäste!

Das Fenster in Nr. 8 schmutzig und das Fliegengitter auch schmutzig. Für eine Nacht, na ja.
Preis Leistung, Gemeinschaftsbad und Toilette und ohne TV schlecht! Würde so nicht mehr buchen!
