A quiet gem 💎 in a great location, with fantastic staff ❤️
Pros:

I loved this conveniently situated place. I enjoyed staying in a private room on the top floor, which was extremely quiet and had a private balcony and a garden view. There are also hostel rooms at this hotel and a nice rooftop cafe. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and Raju and Rohul speak excellent English. Highly recommended!

Cons:

If you want to use a credit card, be prepared to pay a 4% service fee. Although this is standard, I was ignorant so it took me by surprise. You can also use cash, of course, but I didn't have enough when it came time for me to check out. My bad.

Staff were great and would go above and beyond for the service.
Pros:

Comfortable room with complementary water bottles (appreciated in Kathmandu area). Good wifi and convenient location with roof top restaurant. Aircon was fine.

Cons:

While booking, conditional question was bathtub questions if room had one. Hotel did lie stating room had bathtub (room 303). Overall the floor was dirty and dusty. Bed side lamp switch was held together with a screw. Bathroom had few patch works all around walls with wobbly toilet seat.

Clean and comfortable Thamel hostel
Pros:

Great hostel in Kathmandu. Comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff and clean facilities. The rooftop is a nice area to sit and have a coffee. The location is good, only a short walk from the main sights of Thamel.
