Le camere
Il personale snella sala ristorante

Cons:

Tempo ristretto per colazione
Pranzo e cena
Mancanza di scelta con prodotti con farine integrali e con bevande alternative al latte
Caos nella sala ristorante per servirsi alle macchine di distribuzione bevande
Mancanza di animazione per adulti
Staff completamente dedicato ai bambini e ai ragazzi.
Navetta per la spiaggia con solo 2 corse
Mattina e pomeriggio
Con netto rifiuto per una corsa aggiuntiva ad un soggetto disabile.
Non disponibilità nonostante sia stato richiesto più volte di in ombrellone vicino alla passerella per agevolare la discesa al mare di una ragazza con disabilità motorie.
Lido piccolo e con scarsi servizi.

Le camere extra lusso dove abbiamo soggiornato, in un Padiglione di nuova costruzione, con ascensore e balconi con vista, a seconda della posizione, lato mare o monti, sebbene moderne nella concezione, non sono dotati (purtroppo) di ausili per persone anziane e/o con disabilità...

Cons:

Salone ristorante: troppo affollata e quindi caotico ed il sistema di distribuzione automatica di caffe, latte, succhi ecc..) per la colazione) e di acqua, simil bibite, ecc. (pranzo e cena) rendeva ancora più evidente il caos!!. Se poi aggiungiamo gli orari previsti, il cerchio è bello che chiuso..
L"ANIMAZIONE NON è stata all'altezza... Ed il fatto che coinvolgesse, in max parte, solo bambini, e per niente ragazzi con qualche difficoltà, proprio NON è piaciuto.. Non ostante sia un servizio che paghi ANCHE ANTICIPATAMENTE. Poi, lo stabilimento balneare associato (e quindi anche esso pagato anticipatamente) che riserva ai clienti del Residence, gli ombrelloni delle ULTIME FILE!! ed anche in questo caso, senza alcuna preferenza per chi avesse difficoltà sia per se stesso e/o per qualche familiare... Per NON PARLARE della navetta che prevedeva SOLO due onorari la mattina (A/R) e due il pomeriggio (A/R)... C'è poi la questione INTERNET... NON è possibile che una struttura a 4 stelle, ANCORA OGGI, NON fornisca una adeguata connessione!! Per quanto riguarda il personale... In sala ristorante, attenti e disponibili, altrettanto alla reception anche se, le operazioni di CHEK IN e di CHEK OUT... sono decisamente molto lunghe...

Pros:

La struttura si trovava a circa 300 m dalla spiaggia, bisognava scendere un sottopassaggio e a circa 200 m c era la spiaggia attrezzata.
La piscina sempre pulita anche se richiede un po’ di manutenzione e il personale , i camerieri bravissimi e sempre a disposizione

Cons:

La sera dopo le 20 nn c era mai l acqua calda.
La prima sera che siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato capelli ovunque addirittura negli asciugamani piegati

Quasi tutto... vacanza da rifare..staff educato e rispettoso,animazione carina, cibo buonissimo e camerieri davvero bravi...Giovanni su tutti...complimenti a tutti

Struttura da provare.
Pros:

Reception accogliente soprattutto Francesca ha accolto le nostre richieste con la massima disponibilità, camera pulita, staff sala con personale educatissimi sopratutto Giovanni responsabile sala.. è i camerieri Angelo e Chiara... Cucina gradevole con pietanze abbondanti.. Buffet colazione ricco.. Verdure disponibili a buffet a pranzo e cena.. frutta a pranzo e dolce la sera.. Esperienza ottimale consigliata a chi è in cerca di relax e tranquillità. Staff animazione educati e coinvolgenti in particolare Kevin con i suoi super tornei di bocce.

Cons:

Consiglio la piscina di più manutenzione.

Superb
Pros:

Hotel was a real Beach Club - with great green area & huge swimming pool. Our house was really new (0,5 year old?) and rooms are real 4-star (20+m2, powerful aircondition and 10m2 balcony). Pool bar prices was also a little (+)suprising for us: alcohol coctails/shots only some 4-7EUR. I think: on this moment we was the only non-Italians ("half-empty" club was maybe 150 guests). Probably local peoples have best knoledges about price/quality.
Staff get 10 points rate. As price (95EUR/day) included also door card (Booking.com warning: 6EUR/day extra - was´nt true). And double-positive suprise: free transfer (10km to Scalea train station - 6-7 trains to Naple each day). At first, because local taxi are "mafia": they do not drive with "km-tax", but with sceme 20EUR there +20EUR to station (cheapest possibility, called by reception-staff 3 days earlyer). So at the second: because the chief (Daniela) still knows, who are "real clients". Against "market-economy rule" = to make "deals" with local taxis (to get him "work" & maybe made herself some extra-salary)!

Cons:

Breakfast, but also lunch & dinner table was a bit poor for "real 4-star" accommodation. Almost always 1. gear was "pasta" - with both choices (lunch & dinner are "a ´la carte" with 2+2 different dishes, not "buffet"). Hotel situated some hundreds meters from sea - so in reality you do not visit beach 3-5x in day (before & after lunch is max). For example: at once main course included 2 big slice of meat +french potatoes - without any "green"/ salad. Without car there was no possibility to buy some food or alcohol (supermarket maybe 3km?). Fortunatelly in restaurant was drink-ATM with 1 of choices cold white/red wine;-) So the total food rate: 8
