My Manazil Alaswaf Experience
Pros:

The location is very good very close to the Majid Nabawi. It's a shot distance trekable just few blocks away. The space is welcoming and clean. The receptionist staff are friendly.

Cons:

They don't clean the room until you request them to. If you don't, no matter how many days you stayed,no body cares. The housekeeping staff on our floor is always looking depressed if you request for cleaning of the room. Although they said they can speak English but communication when you have a request or concerned is always difficult with most of the staff. Another unfortunate issue if that after booking, I had a bitter experience with my reservation at the property. The platform during booking provided for payment at the property but requesting me to upload my card to enable them make deductions as at when due. That was done but unfortunately they didn't deduct and upon my arrival at the property, because of delayed flight and I arrived on the late hours of the booking day, the staff told me that my room given out and that there was no available rooms. I was told to either wait till someone maybe checks out that day or I should go and search nearby hotels. This was very frustrating after reserving a room with all hope and i arrived with my wife a little chilfren- we had to stay in reception after long hours journey for over 7 hours before finally someone checked out and I was given a room.

Pros:

Walkable distance to Masjid and friendly staff

Cons:

Even though no parking was provided in the hotel as mentioned in the hotel booking description, the hotel was located in a no parking area and finding parking for car was difficult. Had to park the car in hourly parking slots of the masjid.

Pros:

Cons:
