Pros:

Close to Haram.

Cons:

Cleaning is not good, bathrooms need to be renovated, for example hair dryer was not working and its power socket was obviously burned and this needs to be fixed. Laundry service is terrible as you need to call the staff to collect and send outside hotel apparently with higher prices than usuall and clothes are not cleaned properly

Will stay there again and again
Pros:

Location about 3-4 minutes walk to Haram

Cons:

Facilities need to improve abit especially in the bathroom, any still not bad but they will always be room for better facilities

Nothing to like

Cons:

First they asked for thr payment to be made by bank transfer and once I did that they took a while to answer and thats the biggest issue, their customer support is one of the worst and they dont answer. I have spoken to them last week and they still didn't come back to me.

If you want a hotel in good location is valuable but for comfort it's not.
Pros:

The hotel location is best but the facilities inside was quite not good you have to wait long for lift, room size is very small.
