Pros:

The room was spacious. We are a group of four, and there is space for us to sit on the floor and drink. Although there r no windows but the room still have sunlight thanks to the roof windows. Phu Yen is quite small so it easy to travel to the center from the hotel. We are really enjoy our stay here. If we ever come back to Phu Yen, I will stay here again.

Disappointing
Pros:

I like that the room is fairly spacious

Cons:

The checkin staff was unfriendly and unprofessional.
The place has plenty of cabinets and cupboards but barely any amenities. It feels abundantly unnecessary and lacks of essential basic stuff.
No TV despite the advertisement on booking.com
No desk or chair either. The bath tub is not functional and only there for decoration.
The room doesn’t feel clean. It feels empty and clinical.
The photos on booking.com are far from the truth. The room looks actually sad.

Plus, the place is quite far from city center.
