Absolutely fantastic property, Austin the manger went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and relaxing, picking me up from the airport & even paying my uber back to the airport on my departure. Will most definitely book this property again on my next trip.
Fantastic stuff very helpful and friendly. Rooms and beds very comfortable. We have 2 rooms on the last floor. And there was only 2 rooms on this floor, so whole floor for us. Mine door and my daughter window room were conect by balcony . As it was first time that she stayed in separate room on her own. She enjoyed it a lot. Hotel very close to airport. Little father to the centre.
Very good location when travelling for transit. I managed to visit Shanghai Animal Park during my half day visit :)
Great value stay. Manager spoke good English. Rooms large and well equipped. Only issue is that hotel is a bit of a trek from town and the airport although taxis are cheap enough, and there is a metro station about a mile away or so.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it — I simply couldn’t bring myself to leave. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely spoiled… honestly, like a princess.
The grounds are breathtakingly beautiful and incredibly peaceful, with tranquil gardens, two stunning koi ponds filled with water lilies, charming bridges, fruiting trees, tiny birds, and even little frogs nestled throughout the property. It felt like stepping into a serene sanctuary far removed from the busy world — the perfect place to recalibrate, rest, and reconnect with nature.
The accommodation was genuinely luxurious, yet unbelievably affordable for the level of comfort, beauty, and service provided. The staff were exceptional — warm, kind, attentive, and endlessly accommodating. Their hospitality made my stay even more special.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious each morning, and the convenient location near Pudong Airport makes this hotel an ideal retreat for travellers seeking comfort, tranquillity, and a touch of luxury. I cannot recommend this place highly enough — a truly magical stay that made me feel pampered, refreshed, and deeply cared for.
Zeer vriendelijke manager. Wij verbleven 1 nacht omdat er 22 uur tussen onze vluchten zaten. Er was geen shuttle beschikbaar maar omdat wij voor 1 nacht geen CNY hadden regelde de manager betaling van een taxi. Wij kregen als compensatie nog een fles wijn en bier en ook nog een gratis diner. Onze kamer was zeer ruim en heel netjes.

Such a great manager and staff. I was collected from the airport at 6am and taken to the hotel. I was allowed to check-in to my room at this time and rest. The manager was very helpful in teaching me how to use the Chinese phone apps
It was unfortunate how far it was from the city centre. But good location for being near the airport and Haichang Ocean Park
Well. Pleasantly surprised. From the moment Austin picked me up from Pudong Airport, just perfect. Good breakfast, fantastic room , shower etc. The garden area is very beautiful with walkways and bridges over and around the water. On returning to the hotel before flying out, left my phone in a taxi late at night, , Austin and his team helped locate the driver and it was returned the next morning. Lost for words in this amazing country.

Amazing customer service
Spacious room and the bath was a nice little extra. Shuttle service to/from PVG is great.
I wasn't informed at check-in that breakfast is 500m away and one needs to take a buggy ride to get there.
When I came down in the morning, there was noone to be seen, no breakfast and no information.
After 15m Austin appeared and explained how it worked.
Rooms are in need of a little renovation here and there.
The area is a ghost-town bisected by multiple highways.
Don't make the mistake I did - trying to walk to nearby restaurants. A dark and oppressive 15 min walk and all I could find was street food vendors and what I think was a university campus.

J'étais en nuit transitaire avant de récupérer un autre vol le lendemain, la personne de l'accueil parlait très bien anglais et était super sympa, il m'a organisé un petit déjeuner en dehors des horaires d'ouverture habituel spécialement pour moi et comme le taxi qui devait me récupérer le matin n'était pas à l'heure il m'a lui même amené à l'aéroport avec son véhicule personnel.
Si vous devez passer une nuit à Shangaï entre 2 vols vous êtes au bon endroit j'y retournerai les yeux fermés !
Мы остановились в отеле во время транзита в Шанхае. И это было лучшее что мы могли сделать.
Отель предоставил трансфер. Водитель встретил нас с табличкой. В пути примерно 15 минут и вы попадаете в тихую зеленую деревню.
Номер был просто огромным, а кровать супер удобной. Все было идеально чистым.
Завтрак подается в соседнем здании, так что мы прогулялись утром вдоль местных садов. Очень красиво.
Вечером смогли поплавать в бассейне. После долгого перелета это было идеально.
Персонал был очень вежливым и старался сделать наше пребывание максимально комфортным.
Обязательно вернемся снова!
