Встретили в аэропорту, дождались задержанный рейс. На связи 24/7. Отличное место скоротать время между долгими стыковками. Все супер! Спасибо за заботу!!
Amazing customer service
Spacious room and the bath was a nice little extra. Shuttle service to/from PVG is great.
I wasn't informed at check-in that breakfast is 500m away and one needs to take a buggy ride to get there.
When I came down in the morning, there was noone to be seen, no breakfast and no information.
After 15m Austin appeared and explained how it worked.
Rooms are in need of a little renovation here and there.
The area is a ghost-town bisected by multiple highways.
Don't make the mistake I did - trying to walk to nearby restaurants. A dark and oppressive 15 min walk and all I could find was street food vendors and what I think was a university campus.

J'étais en nuit transitaire avant de récupérer un autre vol le lendemain, la personne de l'accueil parlait très bien anglais et était super sympa, il m'a organisé un petit déjeuner en dehors des horaires d'ouverture habituel spécialement pour moi et comme le taxi qui devait me récupérer le matin n'était pas à l'heure il m'a lui même amené à l'aéroport avec son véhicule personnel.
Si vous devez passer une nuit à Shangaï entre 2 vols vous êtes au bon endroit j'y retournerai les yeux fermés !
Мы остановились в отеле во время транзита в Шанхае. И это было лучшее что мы могли сделать.
Отель предоставил трансфер. Водитель встретил нас с табличкой. В пути примерно 15 минут и вы попадаете в тихую зеленую деревню.
Номер был просто огромным, а кровать супер удобной. Все было идеально чистым.
Завтрак подается в соседнем здании, так что мы прогулялись утром вдоль местных садов. Очень красиво.
Вечером смогли поплавать в бассейне. После долгого перелета это было идеально.
Персонал был очень вежливым и старался сделать наше пребывание максимально комфортным.
Обязательно вернемся снова!

Das Hotel lag in der Nähe des Dishui Lakes und des Safariparks. Nach 10 Tagen in Shanghai in einem anderen Hotel war die Lage für uns toll, um einen anderen Teil (und in der Nähe des Flughafens) kennenzulernen. Wir durften in einem 5 min entfernten Outdoorpool schwimmen, man konnte abends dort (in einem deutschen Restaurant) essen und alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Für das Zurücklassen dreier Bücher haben wir abends ein Tablett mit zwei Bieren und Popcorn bekommen:-)
Das Frühstück war in einem anderen Gebäude, aber es war lecker und vielseitig!
Es gab für uns nichts auszusetzen.

Очень близко к аэропорту, минут 15 на авто. Тишина, как за городом. Номер превосходный, пушистые полотенца, белоснежное постельное бельё, уютные махровые халаты и тапочки. Европейская розетка тоже была.Завтрак для нас был непривычный, но всё было вкусно. Яичница, сосиски, фрукты,кофе- были. Также много продуктов, которые мы видели впервые. Хозяин очень любезный человек, хорошо говорит на английском. Оплатить можно наличными, картой или алипей. Для транзита через Шанхай -лучший вариант. Но если планируете оставаться подольше, то стоит учитывать, что добираться в центр долго, на такси -дороговато.

Il proprietario dell'hotel è stato super disponibile, è venuto a prendermi in aeroporto, mi ha fatto un upgrade gratuito della stanza e il giorno dopo mi ha accompagnata in aeroporto:)

Staff was fantastic, even as an English-speaker who lacks confidence In his mandarin ability. The room was gorgeous, and for the price, it was a no-brainer. It’s a little bit of a hike from the subway but there is a bus that takes you there every 20ish minutes. All-in-all, a great experience!
Quality facilities and excellent staff. Shuttle service between the hotel and airport. Choice of two restaurants on site. Peaceful surroundings.
