Discreto ma onestamente speravo meglio non tornerò.

Stanza molto grande ho preso la mansarda che saranno stati circa 50/70mq, con divanetti e vari arredi.

Cons:

Finestre a tetto rotte non si chiudevano bene e provocavano spifferi e con -5 fuori non è il massimo, i climatizzatori di 4o5 ne funzionava solo 1 astento, alle pareti c'erano delle griglie di dubbia provenienza in ogni ambiente, considerando che non erano attivi durante il riscaldamento. I mobili alcuni erano danneggiati, porta scorrevole rotta riparata con del nastro adesivo, nemmeno una tv, onestamente non sono rimasto soddisfatto. Inoltre la reception è aperta solo dalle 14 alle 22. Altra cosa manca il bidè

Очень чистый , аккуратный номер , рядом с вокзалом , белоснежное постельное белье, полотенца , хорошее одеяло , в номере отличное отопление , есть фен, чайник , чашки , персонал очень дружелюбный . Мне понравилось

Mi è piaciuto il fatto che si trova vicino alla stazione di Como san Giovanni e a vari ristoranti, ha un ottima posizione mantenendo un prezzo onesto

Cons:

Purtroppo mancava la carta genica e per terra nella stanza c'era abbastanza polvere, l'altra volta che siamo stati qui non era così credo fosse solo un po' di disattenzione ma niente di grave

Poca chiarezza, poche servizi all’interno della struttura, non è un hotel ma una affittacamere con boiler dell’acqua e dopo due docce termina, poi se avete il bagno in camera perché molte stanze ce l’hanno in comune con altre persone , pessimo

Very good stay
Pros:

The location and price were both very convenient. Rooms were large and comfy. Came with toiletries which was appreciated. It was a last min booking, so very happy with what I got
