Läget

Cons:

Jag kände mig inte särskilt välkommen.
Bodde på tredje våningen i en ”lägenhet” med 3 rum.
Det fanns inget lås in i lägenheten och när jag kom hem på kvällen vid kl.22 var entrédörren in i byggnaden olåst.
Det var nyckel/lås in till ”mitt” rum.
Rummet var rent, hade en del slitna möbler, badrummet rent men behöver uppdateras.
Varför boendet heter Royal Garden förstår jag inte.
Jag kände mig inte trygg på detta boende.

Ottima soluzione in centro a Como
Pros:

Camera spaziosa, luminosa e pulita. Posizione comoda a due passi dal centro cittadino e dalla stazione ferroviaria.

Cons:

Potrebbe essere un problema la limitazione degli orari di apertura della reception (comunque segnalati in anticipo)

I didn't chance to feel it because you worked until 10pm. It's really funny. Hotel works until 10pm. If I arrived in Como after 10pm and didn't know about your unnormal policy then what I must to stay outside. ??

Cons:

Just return my money. I don't understand how you can manage hotel if you don't have the reception manager. If you work until 10pm why you and booking.com charged me. Please return my money. My reservation is 6932198311

I would recommend this place.
Pros:

The location is great, just a 10-minute walk to Lake Como. Our room was facing the garden so there was no street noise, though you could hear people in the next room depending on how loud the guests were. Thanks to the air conditioning, our room stayed cozy despite it being 32°C outside. The staff were nice and friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Plus, there is a Lidl supermarket right in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The washroom door is hard to open and close, and it squeaks. When someone uses the toilet at night, it could wake the others up.

Pros:

The staff were helpful and it was super chill. I forgot to leave the key at the end and they were fine when I returned it late.

Cons:

I was super glad to be able to store my bag before and after staying, but in the morning it was a little difficult to figure out how to drop the bag.

Pros:

Très proche du centre, 10/15min à pieds du centre et du port. L'hotel est confort et les lits sont très grands !

Cons:

L'annonce disait qu'il y avait un parking.. mais il s'agissait d'un parking public payant, pas prit en charge par l'hôtel.. J'aurais aimé en être informé avant de payer.
