Que el guarda ropa estaba fallando y no dieron solución

Cama: Tiene ventilador sonando toda la noche, para refrigerar. Sin tapones..... difícil
Baños: Las duchas no tragaban bien, tenias que parar para que el agua no se saliera
Olores: Olía bastante a humedad. El primer día un olor fuerte en la habitación compartida un tanto desagradable. El resto de días, o mi olfato se acostumbró, u olía menos.
Limpieza: Aunque están limpiando continuamente, son baños compartidos y de un uso a otro puedes encontrarte cualquier cosas si no lo han limpiado antes.
Ambiente: Triste, solitario,...cutre la entrada directa a una recepcion/comedor

La capsula que habia arriba no paraba de subir y bajar y la verdad que fue molesto

Everything else. My experience at this hostel was disappointing. The housekeeping staff was rude and insisted we check out at 11 a.m. sharp, with absolutely no leeway not even a few minutes. The capsules get very hot at night; the lack of ventilation makes it hard to sleep, and the noise doesn’t help matters. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort and a warm welcome or really only if you have nowhere else to sleep

La neteja no era del tot bona, els lavabos oloraven molt fort al producte que feien servir per netejar, però que deixava tot enganxifós i poc agradable. Tampoc m'ha acabat de convèncer les càpsules perquè eren molt sorolloses (no aïllaven res de soroll de fora), el més mínim moviment s'escoltava molt fort i tremolava tot. S'havia d'apretar fort els botons perquè reaccionessin i si no tenies el mode nocturn activat hi havia massa soroll per la ventilació forçada. Pel poc que aïllaven crec que unes simples cortines en les lliteres ja farien la mateixa funció de donar privacitat. Em va sorprendre bastant les normes internes de l'hostal, especialment pel que fa al dipòsit d'equipatge ja que et cobraven 5€ per maleta. Evidentment, cada allotjament pot posar les normes que considerin oportunes, però crec que és abusiu ja que no suposo cap despesa per ells tenir maletes de gent que ja ha pagat per allotjar-se en algun lloc.

La atención del personal no es muy buena, te quieren cobrar por dejar las valijas/mochilas, había mucho olor feo, los baños se saturaban y en algunos no había agua caliente.

No sound insulation and the doors of the capsules are very loud when opening and closing. More importantly, the lock on the capsule doors doesn't function properly, with a little force they can be opened even when closed with the keycard but there's a properly working locker for every capsule where you can keep your bags and valuables.

The cleanliness and overall facilities could have been much better, as the shared bathrooms and kitchen were quite dirty and some amenities weren't working properly. The pods were also very hot, and we had to deal with cold showers in the morning. Overall, it felt poorly maintained and we were glad we only stayed one night.

No hot water to shower, shower tub is flooded, trying to tell the receptionist gal but she kept saying no English, I was going to explain to her by google translator but she seemed not interested to know!

No hay agua caliente para ducharse y los baños están sucios constantemente

Мы приехали в 23:00 и не было горячей воды помыться. Полотенце было всё в пятнах.
В капсулах очень душно, система вентиляции не справляется,хотя конец сентября. Нет никакого углубления или полочки для телефона и наушников, или крючочка для полотенца.
Соседи сверху были шумными и разговаривали до часу ночи мешая спать!

Dentro de la cápsula hacia calor se sentía muy poco la ventilacion.

El aprovechar antiguos locales comerciales para este tipo de instalaciones hace que no se ajuste adecuadamente a las necesidades mínimas.
Falta de ventilación. Cuarto de baño y wc precarios. Cápsulas ruidosas. Cámara de grabación (según ellos para seguridad) dentro de las habitaciones. Sobre el personal, fueron correctas.
Ciertamente el precio es muy ajustado pero he compartido habitaciones, por mismo precio, y no tan justas de "calidad"

Pocas duchas para el volumen de capsulas.
Las puertas de las cspzulas hacen un ruido horrible y no estan insonorizadas
Un domingo 8.30 a.m ya estaban limpiando las cspdulas de los que se habisn ido, sin respetsr el descnso de los demas.
