Everything was perfect, the staff are very polite, kind and supportive, the rooms are very clean abd they clean them every time you leave the rooms, the breakfast is great although i came late to the breakfast timing but they managed to make me something to eat which is very nice from them.

The staff, each and every one of them, from the security guard to the receptionists to the kitchen personnel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is also freshly made and very delicious. Water pressure in the shower is very good, water is sufficiently hot. This is always a hit or miss in hotel i. Kerala.

Pros:

Well maintained rooms. Ultra clean bathroom with all toiletries. Located near Zudio and opposite to Orchid Hospital. Courteous staff with good service. Free breakfast buffet and tasty food too. If you want outside food, there is one of the best restaurants in Malappuram Airlines Restaurant is at just walkable distance.

Pros:

- the room is very comfortable
- all staff is friendly
- location is good. Lots of shops and restaurants around.
- Mr Praveen is so helpful. My bag didn’t arrive, he help me contacting the airline, and sorted everything out. I literally woke up in the morning with a call that my bag was being sent to my room. A star! Thanks!!!

It’s brand new apartment very spacious and clean and cozy
