Breakfast
It is not a great option to stay.specifically if you are looking for complimentary breakfast and accomadition I don’t consider that as a hotel.
Air conditioner leaking water
Very good service by the guy on the front counter. He helped me arrange a last minute daytrip to Samarkand on a Sunday, when all the tour companies seemed to be closed. Located close to a metro station (10 mins walk), so easy access to the interesting parts of the city. Great place to stay in Tashkent.
A little bit dated decor, could do with a refresh (but that's a minor detail)
it is really a nice hotel . all staffs who are working here is very kind especail the women who is cooking. i like the breakfast
wifi.is.not very strong
All staffs are very kind and gave me a positive help for everything.
And good price for the location.
The rooms cleanliness needs to be improved a little, especially bath room and beds.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, an 8 minute walk away from a major boulevard, to the right of which is a pedestrian crossing which takes you to the metro station. A night club (which I haven't checked) and a liquor store are on the way to that crossing. Moreover, the room is a good value, it is clean and cosy, and has a decent balcony overlooking the garden with the pool. The pool is just right, and although the water was cold in late September (due to cold nights), I had a fantastic swim. The staff was extremely helpful, and guided me to the local store near-by to buy an UZ sim card, which was a painless and short experience. They even gave me a card to help me out.
I'd say the only issue room 4 has is the lack of wifi reception. The inner yard, 5 meters away from the room has a normal reception, while the room doesn't have it. They said they'd fix it in the evening, and they didn't, so I wouldn't expect much in some rooms. However, the staff helped me buy a sim card upon my request (about 8 $ US = 7 GB which you can share and use later in the city to navigate). So, it's not really an issue if you keep this in mind and remember that many Asian countries experience Internet issues.
