En general el hotel Sheraton Grand Panamá tiene salas amplias para descansar, el gimnasio es amplio y tiene sauna, todo incluido en la reserva, consienten al cliente. Se siente un ambiente familiar, calido, te dan suficiente agua, cafe, te. El desayuno es abundante, pero como recomendación deben mejorar en cuanto al sabor de la comida, el pan no era esponjoso, sino reseco.

Cons:

Pueden mejorar en el desayuno, para los niños les gusta un desayuno sorpresa como wafles, gelatina, flan, alguna repostería. De todo lo demás estuvo bonito.

La localización está muy bien

Cons:

El hotel se anuncia como PET Friendly pero en realidad no lo es , el personal trata a las mascotas sin razón como un problema de molestan y en ningún lado puede estar el animal. Hasta para salir del hotel por el lobby es un problema y les molesta el simple hecho que pase del ascensor a la la salida de hotel. Te apuran q camine rápido , q cargue el perro y se vaya rápido. El hotel cobra 70 usd carga extra por en perrito.
Cuando llegas no me compartieron ningún reglamento, pero todo es un problema, eso considerando q mi perro no ladra, es pequeño y no molesta, pero su presencia incomoda en cada pasillo solo para llegar a la habitación o salir del hotel
