No fire exit, rooms were really down but I guess that’s why the price was so cheap. Couldn’t go downstairs case properly because there was stuff blocking stairs slightly. Dirt stay ended up leaving to stay at another hotel. Staff wasn’t smiley or friendly

Still waiting for my refund

Our booking was cancelled by them and infront of us. They unethically took our PIN and cancelled our booking on our behalf though we didn't ask for that. That's why we were charged for. It felt they cheated us from day one. First day after cancelling our rooms they send us to another poor hotel at Bandra. Next day they brought us in their hotel and gave us a very poor room where somone cant even move freely but the other room was nice. In fact they took the language advantage and cheated us with everything.

Our stay at Treebo Amber Imperial was extremely disappointing. The overall hygiene and maintenance were appalling, and the property looked nothing like the photos online. Many of the light fixtures were either non-functional or flickering erratically. Some of the front desk staff were outright rude, displaying an attitude completely inappropriate for the hospitality industry.

To make matters worse, we encountered cockroaches in both the rooms and bathrooms. This property is certainly not worth the money, and I strongly advise others not to stay here.

The only saving grace was the decent breakfast and a few staff members who were polite and helpful. Beyond that, the best part of our experience was the front door — which we were glad to walk out of.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this hotel. Immediately after I made my reservation, my email inbox was flooded with repeated messages demanding that I pay half of the total amount in advance. I booked the room for the same day I intended to stay, so I do not understand why an advance payment was required.

When my father and brother arrived at the hotel late at night, the staff informed them that the reservation had been cancelled due to non-payment. This left them helpless in an unfamiliar country at a very late hour. Although the hotel eventually provided a room for that night from another hotel, this booking was originally for six days, and my father was visiting for medical treatment, making the situation even more stressful.

What made the experience even more unprofessional was the inconsistency between what the hotel said and what was shown online. The reservation still appeared as active on Booking.com even after the hotel claimed it had been cancelled. Later, the hotel rebooked the remaining five days, yet the original booking continued to appear on the website.

To make matters worse, four weeks later, the hotel attempted to charge my bank card as a "no-show" despite my family having stayed there. Fortunately, this transaction did not go through.

Overall, I found the service to be highly unprofessional, misleading, and unsupportive. I do not recommend this property to anyone.
