Pros:

- Nagyon tetszett a kellemes hangulatú, stílusos és színes előtér (lobby), igazi műalkotás a felújított hotel belső design-ja
- A szoba tökéletesen felszerelt volt, különösen örültem a többféle teának, kávénak és a vízforralónak. A fürdőszoba piperecikkei kellemes illatúak és jó minőségűek.
- Változatos, finom reggeli és még a kávé is tökéletes, ami kevés helyről mondható el
- Az alkalmazottak mind az étteremben, mind a recepción nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Külön köszönet a Modemes belépőjegyért :)

Cons:

Sajnos van pár dolog, amit meg kell említenem, bár ezek talán csak szőrszálhasogatások, de azért mégis.
- A zuhanyzóban alig működött a samponos flakon, sokat kellett vele ügyeskednem.
- Szintén fürdőszoba, az ajtó nagy, befele nyílik, és a WC pont mögé esik, így nehezen lehet elférni a csap és a zuhanykabin mellett, ami nappal nem olyan nagy gond, de éjszaka, ha félkómásan ki akar menni az ember a mosdóba, tud kellemetlenségeket (és akár balesetet) okozni.
- Az ablakok nem zártak rendesen, sajnos jött be a hideg, próbáltam feljebb tekerni a termosztátot, de a vastag takaró nélkül kissé fáztam.
- Lehetne több TV csatorna, mert még az alapok is ritkásan érhetők el. Az okos opcióknak viszont örültem.
- A szálláshely nem tehet róla, de pont zárt körű rendezvény idején érkeztem, és kb. hajnali 2-ig nem lehetett aludni tőlük, annyira hangosak voltak.

Nagyon kellemes hely, barátságos személyzettel!
Pros:

Rendkívülien magas színvonalú az étkezési lehetőség: bőséges választék reggelire, majd ebéd ill. vacsora ugyancsak csúcs szinten a kiszolgálással együtt. Széles az ital választék és minőségi. A személyzet segítőkész és udvarias.

Cons:

A pakoló hely a szobában lehetne több és egy másik fotel is hiányzik. Az éjszakai fény a fürdőszobában nagyon komfortos lenne.
