2-Star room quality with ineffective AC
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice views

Cons:

Premium rooms as seen in property photos are higher price and located on separate floors. The lower prices rooms are comparable to a 2 Star hotel in Ukraine absolutely not anywhere near 3 star standard.

Все добре, але дуже хотілось що б вирішили проблеми із душем
Pros:

Чисто,охайно, прибирання у номерах та кулер з водичкою у холі

Cons:

У душової кабінки не було другої дверці, і коли приймаєш душ вада ллється на підлогу, усе стає мокрим та дуже травмо небезпечним.
Нажаль мама впала та отримала величезний синець

Pros:

Розташування дуже зручне поруч із ст. метро, гарний вид з вікна, чисто у ванній кімнаті, новенька біла шторка в душі, немає слідів плісняви на стінах.

Cons:

У двомісному номері капці тільки одні, на наше зауваження ніхто не відреагував. Для 3 зірок можна було б більше засобів особистої гігієни, а не обмежуватись гелем і шампунем. Ну і ковролін на підлозі ну дуже засмальцьований, а ще стійкий запах курців у номері.

Cons:

Просрочена зубна паста (до 2020 року). Звузоізоляція вікон (чути вітер і транспорт).
