Excellent for price and location, plenty shops, restaurants around, 2 min walking to underground

Pros:

Kyiv has rationed electricity, and many areas are without water. The Tourist Hotel does the best that it can in an impossible situation. The staff is excellent - helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Дякую персоналу готелю!
За людяність та турботу.
Мені замінили номер з економу на стандарт, через відсутність опалення та світла в місті.
Було прохолодно, але був кулєр з гарячою водою , 3 одіяла, та гаряча вода ,щоб помитись.
Готель працював на генераторі.

Cons:

Трошки двері в номерах вже застарілі.

Плата за проживання тварин непомірна!!! І про це ніхто не попереджає!!! Нам довелося шукати інше житло в Києві в період

Cons:

Плата за проживання з тваринами - 1000 грн на добу за одну собаку! Це дорожче ніж людині зняти номер!!!

Pros:

Останавливаемся уже не впервые. Рядом выставочный центр - очень удобно. Приятный персонал. Парковка (100 грн день).

Cons:

К сожалению один день не было теплой воды, но это все из-за обстрелов. Купили тазик и нагревали в чайнике воду. Таковы реалии.
