Зручне розташування. Привітний персонал.

Cons:

Повне ігнорування обіцяного. Я повідомила на букінгу та в особистому емейлі, що хочу низький поверх, на що мені відповіли, що буде 13-ий, і вже окей, ми на цьому зійшлись. Але! На рецепції мені в якості ПОДАРУНКУ надали 23-ій поверх. Навіщо? Я думаю, при заселенні побажання також читалися, а в мене їх не було багато. Зате прямо переді мною інших людей поселили на 13-ий. Збіг? Не думаю. Гарні фото на букінгу, але номер абсолютно поюзаний та страшний. В ванній кімнаті горить одна лампочка жовтим темним кольором, що нічого абсолютно не видно.

У душевій валявся шампунь готельний відкритий, напевно хтось інший кинув, а покоївки не прибрали

Привітний персонал, простий у комунікації, без пафосу. Запропонували на вибір поверх та номер з видом на Дніпро. Зручне місцерозташування, у номерах чисто та охайно. Цінник відповідає.
