Would stay there again
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious with amazing views. The restaurant was fantastic. Staff were wonderful.

Nice facilities, lovely restaurant but housekeeping let them down
Pros:

Lovely pool area & rooms were perfect

Cons:

Not 5 star treatment. Rooms were cleaned late in the day (4/5pm), wet towels were just rehung up instead of giving fresh ones, dirty glasses were just moved to the kitchen sink instead of being cleaned, fireplace not restocked with fire lighters, water bottles not refilled

A memorable family holiday that we would recommend to others
Pros:

The staff were excellent and friendly. The resort had plenty for kids to do, and the breakfast offered a great variety. I would highly recommend it for a family vacation.

Cons:

Small things, such as clean towels, were not always available, and cleaning took longer than expected at times.

Schöne Auszeit mit schönem Ausblick
Pros:

Tolle Aussicht, super schöne und geräumige Zimmer, sehr sauber

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant hat uns nicht vom Hocker gehauen und der Pool müsste etwas beheizt werden. Er war so kalt, dass man nicht reingehen konnte. Auto notwendig, da ab vom Schuss, dafür super schöne Aussicht.

The staff is amazing and all facilities are ok. What I most like is the massage room at the spar.
Pros:

spacious room, fantastic staff, and a good breakfast with fruit and juices. The spar and the swimming pool are of a high standard. I strongly recommend this place. I will definitely return with my wife and family.
