An incredible friendly hotel , food was delicious, rooms are beautiful, with an amazing golf course on its doorstep

The decor & ambiance , the restaurant was amazing, breakfast & dinner were delicious. Rooms incredibly spacious. Being so close to the Pezula golf course

Other than the unacceptable Breafast offering, everything was superb.

BREAKFAST ( as we did not have dinner at the Hotel I cannot comment on the dinner )
The Food ( "Halal friendly" ) seemed to be targetted at guests based on Religion - I would like an explanation as to why the culinary selections of certain other Religions ( Christians for example ) were excluded, and why the hotel could not cater for everyone. This fact was not advertised clearly either. Perhaps it would be an idea to have a rate Excluding the Halal friendly Breakfast ?

Awful stay

The food and staff were fine

Cons:

i booked the eco hot tub suite for our 30th wedding anniversary only to be told when we got there we couldn’t use the hot tub or bath due to water restrictions which I totally understand. BUT we should have been informed first ! We couldn’t change our room as they said hotel was full at this point i was so tried from travelling from a wonderful safari just had food and went to bed. No offer of a refund just 400ran (£18 )voucher not even cash we could use again when the room cost £292 ! WILL NOT RETURN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERES
