Must stay
Pros:

What an amazing family owned spot... So clean and friendly
Enjoyed the one year carnival celebration which we had no idea was occuring... We were able to enjoy the music from our suite

Cons:

I wish I bought a shirt.. but still on NY time we were up and out before the store opened

An excellent place to stay in Ivans for a very good price.
Pros:

It was a suite with a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a bedroom. That was an unexpected pleasure.

The suite was spacious, charming, the kitchen well stocked for cooking, bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure & a nice tall shower head! The pool & hot tub were very nice, perfect temperatures. The game room, fire pits & pond were like the cherries on top!

Cons:

We would have liked shades on the bedroom windows. Kind of surprised not to have coffee provided in the room.

All in all, it was very nice!
Pros:

I loved our room! I loved that we had washer & dryer outside our room to use. It was run by family. The pool was nice.

Cons:

When we checked in at 2:30pm, our room wasn’t ready. And I’d heard that some friends had stayed previously & checked in early because they had a baby needing tended to & their room was ready, but they were charged extra. And communication between staff needs improvement…we were told to park on side of building & to ignore the sign but then we got a nasty gram & was told we had to park out front. And both spots aren’t anywhere near the suites so makes it a hassle to load & unload luggage.

Perfect in every way!
Pros:

Loved EVERYTHING! This place was amazing! SO spacious, comfortable, everything we needed was there. I hope we have a reason to stay in Ivins again. The grounds were so fun with the firepits lit every night, awesome pool and hot tub. The large suite we stayed in was perfection.

Everything was perfect.

We stayed just one night, in one of the few suites, and it was great
Pros:

The room is spacious, nicely appointed and everything is very new. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking.

Cons:

It is early spring in the Rockies… which makes the weather unpredictable. So if the folks at Hidden Springs Resort would just learn how to control the weather…

This was a wonderful get away that I would highly recommend.
Pros:

The facility was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, stove, pans and all utensils were well stocked. The hot tub had a beautiful view and opened early enough to get in a soak before getting my day started.

Cons:

Nothing.
