Pros:

It was raining. So our stay was not enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. Love the fact that water outside our room were provided.

Cons:

Our room windows were foggy with white film -our view was obstructed.

Happy overall. The bathroom exceeded my expectations despite the absence of toiletries.
Pros:

Washlet, hot water, bucket and laundry soap for provided, spinner/dryer in every floor, water dispenser too. Firm mattresses and fluffy comforters. Small box of sewing necessities, hair ties, nail clipper, etc.

Cons:

No housekeeping unless on checkout. We had to ask them to empty the trash bins and ask for toilet paper. We would have appreciated some light vacuuming while we were there.

Great place to stay in Siargao
Pros:

It’s a great place - somehow underrated - a room was amazing, very clean - most comfortable king size bed and pillows, silent AC, smart toilet bowl, fast Wi-Fi, beautiful jungle view. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast is included in the room rate, free drinking water. Swimming pool is a bit small, but still good and clean. Location is also very convenient- next to good restaurants, spa and the beach. Great value for money.

Cons:

The common areas could be upgraded, breakfast serving times could be longer, beyond 9.30am. A proper coffee machine would make a lot of difference to the breakfast experience.

The location

Cons:

Everything. It does not look like on the photos. It was extremely dirty. There were two huge cockroaches as soon as we walked into the room. We had a leakage in the roof of the bathroom and we had to be switched from room because it kept leaking non stop on our bathroom. Very unhygienic hotel and bad service

worth your money for a great experience!
Pros:

good location center of general luna. generators available. room is big, spacious, good aircon, comfy beds. staff is nice and quick. theres a smell lang in the bathroom so hope they can put a aerosol spray

was great value for money!u can enjoy the pool, not too crowded, beautiful view, and staff were so accommodating

pool and breakfast was great, many options and there was generator all throught our stay. there were also dryers outside the rooms u can use. staff were helpful and accommodating and so friendly!

our flight was cancelled day before our stay and was rescheduled to a day ealrier, had to request to cancel the last day
Pros:

there was a generator all through the blackout in siargao, staff were really nice, pool was good and hotel was easy to locate. u can ride/ walk to nearby shops in GL

Cons:

CR was not too clean, there were yellowish areas in shower room
