Very helpful people! The room was quite spacious but too dark for me. But I guess that's quite common in London. I missed more light and especially daylight.
Óptima localização perto do metro/autocarro e de estações de bicicleta, em zona sossegada e segura. Check in autónomo pelo que foi possível realizá-lo mais tarde. Apartamento bem equipado e confortável, extremamente limpo. Supermercados muito perto do apartamento.
Algum barulho vindo do exterior, pela proximidade a uma rua principal. Check out muito cedo (10h). Muita luz no apartamento de manhã porque as cortinas blackout são ineficazes. Foi necessário ligar um pequeno aquecedor disponível no apartamento porque o ar condicionado não era suficiente para aquecer o ambiente.

An amazing location, new and well equipped apartment, lovely building, very friendly staff who were always ready to help. The apartment’s size was somewhat bigger than I would generally expect in London and a cozy pedestrian street with an atmospheric pub bring additional tiny pluses to the overall impression of the stay
Actually, just few little things would do the impression even better: a bit bigger beds, standard light switchers in the bathroom, a coffee machine. A change of linen and towels within a week stay would also be great

Perfect location, 2-3 min by walk to Monument metro station. Quite clean, well organized. Highly recommended to stay there.
The only problem of the apartment is that it has circle-shaped window. It can be opened partially for fresh air, but it is ok.
They clean the apartment once per week. If you stay 4-5 nights, you need to pay extra for the cleaning.
I really enjoyed having the amenities, I could do washing and keep food, it was comfortable, quiet, and a great location not too busy, with various food and activities around.
I walked mostly because I need to balance out all the good food! That included to a west end show 40 minutes away and boxing classes 20 minutes away.
The people were responsive and incredibly helpful, which is a big part of the rating for this place too.
Mmm. I came on a Sunday and the shops closed at 5pm. That's not really an accomodation problem - rather helpful to know. Yeh no, the place was great.

Excellent location, a high standard of accommodation, and staff who were very open and responsive to requests. My apartment also had the added bonus of a beautiful direct view of The Shard. Iwould highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience the real pulse of London. It’s located in a lively, busy area, so the room isn’t completely silent!
In a great location, everything is needed for the essentials. Didn't hear any other guests from other rooms. The place felt very clean and modern. I stayed for nearly two weeks and had no major issues.
I had trouble entering the building at first and then with the code to the room - had to ring the helpline for assistance which in fairness was quite easy (arrived on a Sunday so no staff were on site). It was a little loud from street noise (not the fault to the place), just be aware if you want to sleep early, the windows do little to lower the noise.

Nothing!! Was all 10/10 I think the aircon was a bit confusing so it got a bit warm but that’s more so a me issue
