Pros:

Breakfast was superb, have all the options of fresh salads, daily different type of cooking noodles, western and asian dishes, staffs are all very efficient and friendly. All staffs from Reception to Housekeeping and Concierge are very friendly and helpful. Great stay for location and value for money.

The bathroom is smelly… they don’t have good housekeeping services…. They don’t clean the room well and forget to supply water, toiletries and tissue rolls. They don’t change the glasses everyday so I have to wash it by myself.

Service is poor!!!

Ужасно ГРЯЗНО! Полы не моют и ноги все черные через 10 минут ходьбы в номере!!! Воняет плесенью! В ванной мелкие жуки( Полотенца начинают вонять тухлятиной после того как используешь, не меняют постельное белье!!!!! Воды горячая идет ровно 3 минуты, а потом только холодна! Завтрак скудный, можно есть только омлет и зелень. Персонал невежественный и при указанном раннем заселении нас заставили ждать 2 часа - так что это ОБМАН, раннего заселения НЕТ! Интернет не высокоскоростной, ни чего не грузил - мы пользовались мобильным(

Nie było dla nas pokoju pomimo rezerwacji
Cons:

Pokój zarezerwowany z dużym wyprzedzeniem, pisaliśmy przed samym przyjazdem o której godzinie będziemy.Po przyjeździe poinformowano nas że nie ma naszej rezerwacji i mamy poczekać, za pół godziny okazało się że nasz pokój jest zniszczony i nie mają dla nas pokoju ale możemy dokonać rezerwacji ponownie za 4 krotnie wyższą cenę. Nie skorzystaliśmy. Szkoda tylko czasu.

Long and was regretting leaving and returning to hotel because of the harassment

The reception staff were helpful, nice and friendly

Cons:

The porter kept harassing me to go for a massage on level 3, which is essentially a brothel. There was also a bit of a gang outside later on in the evening pushing any single male passing by to go for a “massage and boom boom” which felt very intimidating. I would not recommend this hotel.
