The manager and staff down to cleaners were very very attentive the manager was great very helpful and I have the greatest respect for her

Pros:

Wonderful place to stay near the middle of everything in Sunny Beach. 15 minute walk to the beach. A nice quiet environment was great for a relaxing stay. Hotel staff make you feel part of the family.

Pros:

Friendly staff, great location and quiet and peaceful. Plenty of sunbeds around a quiet pool with no towel savers.

Cons:

Housing block next to hotel a bit unsightly. No kettle, iron or hairdryer so had to take our own.

Amazing as in every year. Clean, quiet place, no kids, no screams, no crowds. An absolutely fantastic pool, clean rooms, hot water in tje shower with the best pressure I have ever experienced anywhere and an adorable host - the sweet lady who run this tiny cozy hotel. Next year again! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

Raport calitate-preț ok. Patul foarte confortabil, camera spațioasă, au fost respectate toate facilitățile pentru care am plătit.

Cons:

Atitudinea oarecum ostilă a doamnei proprietar.
Aș dori să menționez faptul că nu toți românii sunt la fel, cum nici toți străinii nu sunt la fel, indiferent de naționalitate. Fiecare popor cu uscăturile lui, dar respectul în astfel de situații consider că ține de bunul simț al fiecăruia.
