The room was large and comfortable with good heating. There was a full kitchen available and the host, Rameez Badhir, went out and bought some things so I could make myself breakfast. In fact the host was very helpful and welcoming overall.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to the manager, Rameez, who was extremely helpful and welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected, and he was kind enough to accommodate us with an early check-in, which made things so much easier for us. His hospitality really made a difference. Highly recommend staying here!

Zabeel villa is a place which is taking much more caring for his guests. Specially need to mentioned about the care taker Rameez ..
Rameez is a nicest person who cares for his guests maximum . He done every thing for us he can . He booked my meals , made me connected to wify also.. so undoubtedly he is a very best person need to be in the property .
The property is closed to the airport and easily to find the place also. Rooms are so cozy, clean and very tidy . All the amenities we need in our short stay is there in our finger tip.

I booked through booking.com, and they accepted the booking. Said ok to my arrival time. Later, someone called me to say there was no room and asked me to cancel my booking. When I told them I would put bad reviews,they offered shared rooms some residence with shared bathroom. I did not accept and I have shared my experience for others to be aware.

The staff is very helpful. Property is well kept . Very neat and clean. A perfect stay for families

Nice stay nice room and facilities must to stay near to airport

The location close to the airport is great, and Rameez, the host, sent a car to pick us up, even though our flight got in very late. The property is great - wifi works well, complete shared kitchen, and its located inside a locked compound for security. We were on bicycles, and there was secure ground level storage for them. If you are new to Kashmir, this is a great place to get centered. Rameeze and his sister gave an excellent description of sights to see. Rameez also drove us around and got us a simcard for our phones. Generally, Rameez was patient and helpful at every turn and really got us grounded to the place, as we intend to stay in Kashmir for the next two months.

Honestly I was pretty amused by how many reviews were about the manager Rameez. But being there I see why. His hospitality adds more charm to the property. The villa is well maintained, clean with modern fittings and heated water, which is God sent in the chilly weather. Enjoyed the access to the kitchen too as we had an early flight and it helped us cook ourselves breakfast. The proximity to the airport had me sold about the property but it was just the start. This is easily one of my best stays in Kashmir.

I just continued my stay in zaabeel villa for the entire kashmir trip.
I Strongly recommend this place to stay.

The manager Rameez was very friendly and helpful and the stay was comfortable in all ways, Food delivery was also not a problem.
Loved the time.

Ambience and infrastructure

Rameez was incredibly helpful. Had problems with luggage when I arrived and he drove me around town to sort it. Went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. I had a great experience.
