Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля, хорошие номера, планировка, обстановка на уровне, тихо, хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

Плохая уборка в номере, в ванной комнате вода на полу. Мыло приходилось просить, забывали положить. Бельё не менялось за 4 дня. Персонал на ресепшине вопросы не решал.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Strand 50 Meter. Altstadt Nesebar auch in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Busverbindung ist auch erstklassig. Personal am Empfang freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ok. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut. Kaffeemaschine vorhanden und wurde täglich nachgefüllt. Auch 2 kleine Wasserflaschen waren täglich inclusive. Parklplätze reichlich vorhanden.

Cons:

Personal im Speisesaal war etwas desinteressiert und sehr langsam. Reinigung im Zimmer war sehr sehr oberflächlich. Würde Schulnote 5,1 dafür geben.

Je moest zorgen dat je uw knop van warm water niet uitzetten anders zeker een half uur wachten voor warm water het ontbijt was ook helemaal niet goed oud brood

Дуже привітний обслуговуючий персонал, місцерозташування гарне, над самою набережною.В готелі гарний ресторан, але мало персоналу, один офіціант не справлявся.

Cons:

Вікна виходили частково з видом на море і на дуже шумну вулицю, спати було неможливо, приїхали відпочити від шуму, а ще більше від нього втомились.Апартаменти були з кухнею, але жодного посуду для приготування, миючого засобу для тарілок не було.
Була не приємна ситуація, коли в душі розсувні двері зійшли з рейок і лопнули, розлетівшись на дрібні осколки, в цей момент я була в душі. Мене поранило, йшла кров, яка була на підлозі, на одязі, але персонал тільки прибрав скло, навіть не запропонувавши допомогу чи хоча б аптечку.
