The staff is friendly and welcoming, their rooms are clean with clean bedding and towels with toiletries and clean dust beans all over.

Cons:

Their Tv have too limited channels that are even not clear, there completely no choice but to watch what they want you to watch.Secondly, and this one may make me not to visit them again, (food) wanted to order what I felt like eating, but I was told that they have already cooked a buffet, so I should choose from what the had.A buffet with only grilled chicken, a boring beef stew, and very good pork ribs.with yellow rice, pasta and pap, with wadged potatos, beetroot, and mixed vegetables that were quarterly cooked. They spoiled my first night. I like good food and I always expect to get good food in hotels. Such a boring buffet but for E350, felt too high for what they were offering. Let us please order what we want to eat, there should be chefs waiting to serve us and make our stay a memorable one.

The staff is amazing, friendly and made us feel.at home..

The internet needs improvement.. 1st floor the Wifi signal was week ans kept disconnecting repeatedly..

The hospitality from the staff especially Bridget, give her flowers while still alive!! Her smile says it all,she doesn't get weary in assisting clients. I was impressed by her humility.
