I will definitely visit the place again I had a great experience.
Pros:

The entire experience was great, service was good from all staff (Neo, Bridget and Goodwill I forgot the name of the guy that checked us in) their manager was also very welcoming , rooms were clean.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi did not have a stable network but it was not a train smash as I had my own data.

I cannot review the hotel experience itself, but my experience with the refund process has been unsatisfactory.
Pros:

Unfortunately, I was unable to experience the property as I did not complete my stay.

Cons:

I am disappointed with the refund process. Despite cancelling and following up multiple times, I have not received my refund or a clear update regarding its status. Better communication and quicker resolution of refund requests are needed.

Pros:

It was clean, water is always hot, bed was comfortable and staff is friendly and helpful

Cons:

The aircon Only worked one night and stopped working, I booked for 2 but they knly provided 1 bottle of water daily
