The location
The shower and toilet
Très bonne localisation à proximité des fastboats Arthamas. Hôtel calme, avec chambres grandes et propres.
Un peu vieillissant, avec débit faiblard de l’eau dans les douches.
The location is definitely one of the strongest points of the property — very convenient and close to everything. The room itself, especially the floor and the bed, was very clean and well maintained from a housekeeping perspective. The staff were wonderful: warm, welcoming, attentive and always happy to help. They explained everything clearly, responded quickly whenever we needed something, and always made sure we had an answer or a solution.
Unfortunately, the condition of the facilities was very disappointing and clearly needs significant maintenance. The shower was literally falling apart, there was rust in many places, and some of the faucets and fixtures were broken or coming apart. The towels were extremely poor quality, almost rubber-like, and barely absorbed any water. The pool area was also quite uninviting and didn’t feel like a place we wanted to spend time in. Overall, while the property is clean and very well located, the facilities themselves are in serious need of renovation and better maintenance.
The vibe is great - very chill and quiet, it’s located quite centrally as well - easy to walk anywhere. Everything is a bit old, but very clean and tidy, good aircon, a fan on the ceiling for the hotter nights.
The water pressure is so bad, feels like it’s just dripping out of the tap. Wall outlets are very old, it’s a bit of a fight to get things in and out.
Close to the beach
Pool dirty and paint worn off, the whole place is run down, fell through a rotted sunlounger!
Had to change rooms, front door wouldn’t open fully, bathroom had bad smell,door wouldn’t close. Room had door through to next room, door thin and cracked, ( could see light through it) could hear every word and movement next door.
Next room no better, toilet leaked water constantly, bed flexed and creaked so loudly with every movement. Breakfast tables never cleaned, never wiped down, grit and drink marks all over them. Table tops not fixed to table, put your elbows on the table and upend your breakfast! Even the villas sign had letters missing. Staff use leisure area as their own space. $100.00 aus + per night ,expected better.

The stuff
The shower was rusty and broken, the hot water ran out after like 2 minutes and the AC didn't work at the start.

Shower average, pool dirty and slimy and needs cleaning. Sun loungers old and uncomfortable or broken and towels for the loungers were a joke. Staff friendly but not overly enthusiastic. Property didn’t feel like it was being managed. Breakfast average. Far too expensive
The room is clean and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They supply refillable water bottles. The breakfast is tasty and refreshing. The location is excellent. It’s only about 100m from the beach and where the Artemis ferry arrives and it’s close to the main road where the cafes and restaurants are. The staff organised a snorkeling trip which went well. The villa is set in quite gardens with a 10m pool. It’s a nice quiet place to relax.
There wasn’t much I didn’t like. A bit of maintenance in the bathroom is probably necessary and some improvement on water pressure in the shower would be good. If they’re selling drinks, maybe they could put a drink menu in the room. An extra power point to charge phones would be handy.
Great staff who were very friendly and helpful. Organised scooters and laundry. Good location, close to the beach. Rooms were nice and quiet.
No complaints. The road outside was in a terrible state, but thats not there fault.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Oasis. The villa was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They kindly allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated and made our departure so much easier. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

Toilettet lugtede lugtede meget af tis, da de rengjorde det lugtede det af klor i stedet. Toilettet var utæt så der løb vand ud på gulvet.

Kun 1 åben skraldespand på værelset, - på toilettet, ulækkert uden låg.
Håndklæderne kunne ikke suge, de var som ren plastik. Lagenet på sengen var for lille og røg af hver nat.
Den fælles vandpost havde grønne alger ved mundstykket.
Det var dyrt ift. hvad vi fik! Vi flyttede før tid.
