Hotel itself is fine but staff were not able to help and made things difficult.

Cons:

I truly believe this place is cursed. Breakfast staff were not ready for 25 guests when they said breakfast would be ready. Rooms only had 1 breakfast per room even though there were two people per room. Also this hotel has not set itself up on Booking.com correctly so it has gateway timeout errors and couldn't pay by credit card before arriving. We had to fill out a rediculous amount of forms. Staff were unable to make a call for us to check the right card had been charged. They couldn't charge the card we booked under.

広島駅にアクセスしやすかった
朝食が一品一品の美味しさのクオリティーが高かったので美味しくいただけた
特にトーストサンドの温かい状態で提供するために　必要数ずつ焼いて提供された点が
もてなし感とご馳走感を得られてよかった

Cons:

The room was very small, and guests with tattoos are not allowed to use the spa or book a massage.

I understand that different cultures have different rules, but in 2026 it feels excessive to be denied access to the spa during my holiday because of a tattoo in memory of my father on my arm.
