Piccolo hotel molto accogliente. Camera spaziosa e pulita
I chose Hotel Victoria because of its location near American Hospital and its good reviews. An urgent medical problem put me in a tough situation and it was a long journey getting to the hotel. So having a staff whose good command of English made up for my poor command of Albanian, and a staff that was SO solicitous of one's well being was a huge load off my shoulders and helped calm what was a very stressful situation for me. I was able to stay another, less stressful time and the staff were every bit as superstar as the time before. The rooms are lovely, clean, and it's a plush boutique hotel, but it's truly the hospitality of the workers here that elevate the experience even beyond that.
Hard to change now, but I wish the hotel rooms had bathtubs. Sometimes you just want a good hot soak for pain relief and relaxation.
