Would recommend and will be back
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, lovely balcony and sea view from the room, comfortable beds, hot shower and plenty of pillows!

Get what you pay for
Pros:

Great location! Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bed uncomfortable, noisy people in room and in stairwell keeping everyone awake at 2am! Called reception and to be fair they sorted it out straight away.
Bathroom shower was rubbish, needs new head and has poor water pressure. So don’t expect to wash off the soap easily!
Whenever anyone flushed the toilet in another room the noise was so loud.

Not a great experience
Pros:

The view and the closeness to town and playhouse

Cons:

Someone let themselves in my room whilst I was in there, was told I hadn't shut the door but I had. At nearly midnight Someone was banging on my door and scared me and at 2.10am people were extremely noisy in the corridor. I didn't feel safe and barely slept.

Breakfast was very poor . Only allowed 1 bacon .1 sausage i wasn't impressed at all with the service ..

A great place to keep visiting

Enjoyed the stay but would hope for a better room if visiting again
Pros:

Good location. Terrace entertainment brilliant but people in hotel next door could hear & see better than us.

Cons:

The room was small, hardly any room to move past the bed. Shower awful, too hot (scalding) after waiting a long time for it to come through, and then the power was so weak
