Excellent location and really comfy
Pros:

Excellent location and lovely views from the room of the beach and pier. Good little bar and friendly staff. Bed was really comfy. No balcony on 2nd floor but can still open window which was great as I had lovely weather last weekend

Cons:

Lack of hotel parking so had to get up earlier than I wanted to go and move my car from street parking.

We booked it last minute the overall everything was great and we were able to park at the property

Great staff excellent value
Pros:

Super staff always willing to go out of their way to help,free parking. TV with streaming channels is an added bonus.Good size room with two chairs to enjoy the excellent view in a top location next door to a well known pub chain. Close to the front & a few minutes walk to the town centre. All you could ask for the price & more.
