Las instalaciones bien, normal, nada del otro mundo para el precio desmedido, el spa y la pileta dejan bastante q desear

La atención del personal malísima y personal jerárquicos del hotel, solicite un late check out sin cargo y cuando consulto hasta que hora me dicen que podía quedarme hasta las 19 del día de salida. Nos retiramos a las 15 hs realizando el check out en recepción y no dicen q teníamos q abonar medio día más, porq el late check out era hasta las 13. Le indicamos q nos dijeron q tenían esa cortesía para nosotras y nos tuvieron una hora esperando y discutiendo q debíamos abonar todo cuando el error había sido de ellos, solicitamos las cámaras del día anterior donde estaba grabado el momento que consultamos y lo
Negaron. Un mal momento que nos hicieron pasar innecesariamente e injustamente.

Tercera vez en el hotel , una experiencia muy agradable

Nos gusta el hotel y el personal , nos recibieron de forma súper amena , llegamos el 23/02, no recuerdo el nombre del recepcionista pero súper atento , la Srta q atendía nuestro piso, el 5, hab 507 , un amor !
