Un hotel muy lindo, excelente servicio, muy buena atención del personal, lindas vistas al mar ,cama grande cómoda, excelente seguridad para estacionar el vehículo

La atención al ingreso fue la mejor, del personal se destacan por su amabilidad, su dedicación al informarte, su predisposición a sentirse bienvenida.
En la zona de restaurante, si bien el mozo fue excelente en su atención. Todo era un trámite como para dejar listo al otro día era difícil relajarse si al rededor tenés mucha gente que va y viene limpiando sobre todo si vas en pareja.Se notaba más agotamiento del personal.

Cuartos muy antiguos aunque limpios y amplios y mala señal de wifi imposible hacer homeoffice . Y que la pile y del Spa se pague aparte no tiene sentido

La atención del personal malísima y personal jerárquicos del hotel, solicite un late check out sin cargo y cuando consulto hasta que hora me dicen que podía quedarme hasta las 19 del día de salida. Nos retiramos a las 15 hs realizando el check out en recepción y no dicen q teníamos q abonar medio día más, porq el late check out era hasta las 13. Le indicamos q nos dijeron q tenían esa cortesía para nosotras y nos tuvieron una hora esperando y discutiendo q debíamos abonar todo cuando el error había sido de ellos, solicitamos las cámaras del día anterior donde estaba grabado el momento que consultamos y lo
Negaron. Un mal momento que nos hicieron pasar innecesariamente e injustamente.
