The foods in their cafe are nice.
Staff are approachable.
Cafes, restaurants and mall on a walking distance.

Cons:

The area is in District 7 and 10-15mins travel to District 1. The room provided to us has a window however it is covered and sunlight doesn't go through. Was told that breakfast included in the booking, only to find out that we only have 100.000/person consumables in a day.

Good stay in District 7
Pros:

Good hotel on District 7 next to lot of restaurants. The room was a bit outdated but still comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was fresh and good.

Cons:

The window was only with a view on another facing wall and there was repetitive unidentified noises during our stay but for a short stay it was OK
