ちょっとがっかり
Pros:

いつものスーパーホテルの対応だった。よかった。部屋の広さも二人でちょうどよかった。枕の種類がいろいろと選べること、ルームウエアや入浴剤があること、またウルトラファインバブルのシャワーがついていることがよかった。

Cons:

残念だが洗面所の床に前の宿泊者の使用後の歯間ブラシが落ちていた。気持ち悪い。こんなことのないように清掃して欲しい。

Great location, solid breakfast, very clean, and nice views on the higher floors.

Cons:

There could be a bit more of a lobby space to plan the day. The entrance is already the breakfast space, so there is little opportunity to hang out more comfortably.

Overall - good location!
Pros:

Liked the table (good for watching T.V while checking e-mails. Complimentary breakfast okay. Nice that they had complimentary, self-serve beverages throughout the day! Loved that we could also choose what type of pillow we wanted!

Very good central place
Pros:

The location was great. Really close to the center, like 20 mins walking to Tokyo Station.

Cons:

The bedrooms were a little small, but that's normal in Japan, especially closer to Tokyo center.
