Cama grande y buena ubicación. Personal amable.
La cocina no la pudimos utilizar ya que no tenía utensilios ni menaje de cocina. Estuvimos 4 noches y no tuvimos cambio de sábanas ni de toallas. El rollo de papel higiénico estaba a medias y no había más para reponerlo cuando se acabó. La ducha se emboza enseguida y rebosa hacia el resto del baño. En nuestra opinión, las instalaciones están desgastadas y mal mantenidas. Las fotos no muestran la realidad con la que te encuentras.

The room does not correspond to reality. They gave a colossally different room, very different from the photo on booking.
It is on the 4th floor, the very top, in the attic where it is very hot. Really very hot and stuffy. Right under the roof. There is no TV, although there is in the photo. No washing machine.
The air conditioner does not work at all, it blows warm air, barely. Also, water drips from the air conditioner on your head because the air conditioner is above you and it flows water directly on you. During the night, by the morning you will wake up completely wet, as if you just got out of the shower and you can immediately go for a walk. No wifi in the room.
No cooking utensils. No forks, spoons, knives. The stove for cooking does not work, one of the two barely works and heats up. You could say that it does not work at all. It is completely impossible to cook, and the stove does not work and there are no utensils at all. The bed is clean, the room is normally clean. The bathroom and toilet are clean. In general, the cleanliness is good. If you are staying for one or two nights and you do not plan to cook and spend a lot in the room, then you can stay. If for a long time, then it is definitely better to choose another place.

Постельное белье было не обновлено - с волосами и мятое после предыдущих жильцов. Так же были волосы в раковине. Обнаружила поздно ночью, поэтому спала на полотенцах
The location is perfect (midtown but a bit noisy ofc).
There is no reception, and the building itself is very old and has an unpleasant smell. The lock on the door on the third floor didn’t feel secure, which made me very uneasy staying alone. There is also no elevator, and the stairs are old, narrow, and spiral. The bathroom and teh thewer need a renovation.
Close to everything and a tram station in a 5-minute walk. Nice apartment to sleep in after a long night. I have to check in deep in the night and move the time of it a few times before, but the stuff was helpful
The steep spiral staircase in a hall is dangerous for drunken people. I wake up with a sprung ankle and brushed shoulder. Things are in place but need tightening and a little fixing
The room looked nothing like it did on the pictures. There were BLOOD STAINS on our bed - when we called the reception desk to inform them of the blood, their response upon viewing it was "this is not on the sheets, it is on the mattress topper". It was DISGUSTING! There were traces of bed bugs in the mattress too. We left 1 hour after arriving as we could not spend any time there, as a result I missed celebrations for my 30th birthday whilst we sourced an AirBnB. Curtains were falling down, the paint on the walls was patchy and stained, the sliding door to the toilet had a large gap in it, which connects to the living room and bedroom - there is absolutely 0 privacy, towel holders were hanging off the wall. The staff do not care; they have refused to respond to me via email or Whatsapp. Furthermore, the Booking.com team have stated that they cannot get a hold of them and left it at that - I have lost all of my money despite not staying a single night in the room. Absolutely DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
The location was perfect! Also the layout of the apartment was great.
