L’eau ne s’écroulait pas tres bien mais rien de grave
Hôtel réservé en dernière minute, facile de réserver et l'acceuil est superbe malgré le peu de temps entre la réservation et l'arrivée. Une bonne nuit dans une chambre spacieuse et bien agencée

Service impeccable
The staff took very good care of me. I ran into a problem because I was turned away at the airport due to a new requirement for a health certificate for my destination (Comoros, due to a breakout of mpox in Madagascar). I had to go back to the hotel and they were great, helping me with the process of getting the certificate from a doctor at the government hospital.
I used the hotel car to get to and from the airport. That was convenient.

I chose this hotel for it's location for this trip to the capital.
Freddy in the restaurant was attentive.
The musicians/ singer on the Saturday evening (Andry Blues) were excellent.
Isolating floor access to only guests on that floor; important for a solo female traveller.
Massage prices on the TV in the rooms are not up to date. I expected better from an international chain like the Radisson.

Pas de peignoir,Pas de spa dans l hotel malheuresement, pas d acces direct au soleil avec les transats, le service reservation en ligne via booking.com a ete une catastrophe et ma chambre etait tres mal situe, la musique de la ville a cote, toute la journée, les chiens qui aboient la nuit, c'etait tres bruyant
