Good not great
Pros:

It’s a beautiful set up with a gorgeous court yard in the middle. The dining room is set up with comfortable living chairs to invite community. The rooms have beautiful decor. The bed was also very comfortable.

Cons:

Our first room the deluxe oasis suite was gorgeous but smelled like sewage. My partner is a plumber and suspected that the sinks traps weren’t sealing water as they were improperly installed, so sewage gas was leaking back in to our room. We called the front desk and they immediately offered to change our room but the secondary room was significantly smaller. We called back asking for a comparable room to our suite as it was 2000 dollars total. They gave us a room on the fourth floor which was very spacious but the windows were much smaller and it the bathroom was significantly smaller. We were also not offered a refund or a lower rate for a lower rate room.

Great for a short stay in Atlanta close to the Art center

Pros:

The valet noticed a nail in our tire and saved us a real headache if we hadn’t have noticed till we were heading home. Special thanks to Mr Don!!! Very nice staff and comfortable and stylish accommodations. Would stay here again and would encourage you to as well!

Hidden Gem
Pros:

It was a wonderful place a little gem. Staff was great, bed was super comfy and it's a historic building with modern updates.

Cons:

The parking situation is a little rough but they do have valet parking which was great except it's a little pricey at $50 per day plus tip, with that being said parking yourself would kinda suck and the valet crew with Don and the other guys were great, very friendly and helpful. The only negative for us was the traffic outside at certain times was loud but I would assume that if you had a different room that would not be the case.(It wasn't so bad that you can't sleep)

Pros:

Amazing rooms and the bathroom was pristine! Staff was lovely and super helpful (there just isn’t any room service but they are more than happy to place your order ahead for you to take to your room). The location was great for our stay since everything was less than 15 min away.

Cons:

I did not like the valet only because how hard it is to use that short of a loop for unloading during a busy weekend but the staff was super quick with assistance and processing!
