A great, comfortable stay, friendly staff. Pretty and new.
Pros:

It’s new and feels new. Second time staying here.

Cons:

I noticed the walls are quite thin. Last night, from 10pm to 2am, there was quite a bit of noise from neighbours going in and out, which kept waking me up, so my sleep wasn’t great. I’m not sure if there’s anything that can be done, but just wanted to highlight it

Great Good stay, location central. Satisfied!
Pros:

The facilities very clean and the management is very good and their breakfast is simple but nice

Cons:

I think for bigger rooms like deluxe it need a desk in the room to do work

I Brought my husband with me and he commented no normal desk to lug in n do some work

Room was bad, small with no windows. Bed was comfy and location is good.
Pros:

The rooms do not have windows. Feels very closed and not comfy for a room which cost RM300.

Cons:

It didn't have window and the room was very small. Not worth the RM300 I paid.

The location was good

Cons:

This is a boutique hotel which portrays itself as a big professional setup, which it isn’t. No Resteraunt. TV not working internet too slow. Room had no widow which wasn’t adequately mentioned on the bookings page. Maybe booking.coms fault

Cons:

Smelly rooms, size of room is not worth the value. It feels like paying exorbitant prices for a below average property. Quality of service is bad. Bed and linen are dirty.

Great stay in a great hotel n the middle of Alor Setar town
Pros:

Located at the middle of the town and very close to places of attraction. Rooms are cozy, clean and nicely decorated interior.

Pros:

I love everything about this hotel. All the amenities, facilities are on a top notch. The room was super clean & smells nice. It is near to nearby attractions. I would recommend this hotel & will definitely come again.
