Appartamento totalmente ristrutturato molto scenografico al quarto piano di un edificio a ridosso di Via Toledo, con terrazzino vista Vesuvio. Stanza molto silenziosa, relativamente piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario, compreso un bagno ampio. Wi-fi e personale ottimi, tante piccole attenzioni molto apprezzate, dal biscotto di benvenuto al set bagno.
Purtroppo di notte è saltata la corrente del condizionatore e c'è stato un po' caldo. La parte fresca della colazione è costituita da due brioches vuote da riempire eventualmente con marmellate o crema di nocciole confezionate, a Napoli ci si aspetta qualcosina di più.
I had a very good stay. It is not really a hotel, but rather an apartment divided into several rooms, with someone at reception during the day. Maria was very helpful; we coordinated via WhatsApp when I arrived, and she also booked a taxi for my departure. The room was clean, bright, and air-conditioned. The rooftop is also a nice place to have a coffee.
One concern at check-in: my passport was photographed with a mobile phone by a staff member. I have no issue with the hotel recording the legally required passport details, but taking a full photo raises privacy concerns: guests do not know whether the phone is personal or professional, where the image is stored, or whether it is properly deleted. The Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) has specifically stressed that hotels should avoid photographing identity documents with mobile devices and must ensure that any temporary copy is not retained.

Location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and highly accessible when it comes to resolving issues. The view from the top of the building/terrace is breathtaking.
Breakfast shouldn't be called breakfast. Having just one croissant and one small piece of piazzeta per person each day throughout the entire stay isn't breakfast - it's torturing the guests and a waste of food.
