Meraviglioso e in pieno centro!
Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione perfetta per visitare i principali punti di interesse di Napoli. Fare colazione su quella splendida terrazza e ammirare la città dall'alto di prima mattina non ha prezzo!

Cons:

L'ingresso del palazzo è lasciato un po' a se stesso, stona molto con la struttura alberghiera che invece è elegantissima.

The best possible facilities, located in one of the worst possible buildings
Pros:

The hotel itself was fantastic. Beautifully furnished. The room had all the facilities you would expect for a five star hotel, including an ironing board and sewing repair kit. The toiletries bag was excellent. The staff are friendly helpful and the staywas made very comfortable.

Cons:

The external picture of the hotel is misleading. If ever there was a hotel in the wrong building this was it you enter up a small alleyway which at night is at the end of a row of Restaurant tables and walk through a large secure iron gate there is then the stone courtyard which is in appalling condition, with rubbish bins, flower planters, full of cigarettes and rubbish. You’ve got some steps to a lift which has graffiti all over the front door , there is a lid room opposite it which looks like it should probably have a dead body in it. If you walk up the stairs, on several of the floors there are graffiti broken doors if I were a single female traveller arriving at night I would be very disturbed. It lets the property down badly.

Pros:

Objekt je na odličnoj lokaciji, Blizu metroa i luke, a opet u centru. Noci nije bilo buke. Sadrzavao je sve potrebne higijenske potrepstine. Svaki dan smo imali super dorucak i ciscenje.

Cons:

Mali minus za smece u haustoru u samom ulazu u zgradu.

Tutto perfetto, non potevamo scegliere sistemazione migliore. Prezzo adeguato al servizio perfetto.
Pros:

Ottima accoglienza, stanza dotata di tutti i comfort e attrezzata in ogni dettaglio: anche di spazzolini e dentifricio, di pantofole oltre che di beauty con i prodotti da bagno. Pulizia giornaliera della camera. Posizione perfetta, strategica per raggiungere ogni attrazione turistica a piedi: parcheggi l'auto in uno dei parcheggi custoditi nei dintorni (se ne trovano a 2 minuti a piedi dal residence) e te la dimentichi per tutto il soggiorno a Napoli. Stazione Metro Toledo a due minuti a piedi, piazza del plebiscito a 5 minuti a piedi... che dire di più? Perfetta. Trattorie tipiche a 3 minuti a piedi e una pizzeria proprio sotto casa... C'è bisogno di aggiungere altro?

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and extremely well-equipped. Plus, it is located in a very central area close to Galleria Umberto and it is easily accessible by metro.

This is a beautiful place with lovely staff and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

In a fantastic location with everything you need nearby.

Cons:

The building is used by lots of other businesses. When you first enter at ground floor level there was lots of rubbish . However once you go to the 4th floor it is lovely and clean.
