This is a beautiful place with lovely staff and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

In a fantastic location with everything you need nearby.

Cons:

The building is used by lots of other businesses. When you first enter at ground floor level there was lots of rubbish . However once you go to the 4th floor it is lovely and clean.

Loved the appartment and staff. Would stay again.
Pros:

Location was great, close to the port area and piazzas, in the middle of restaurants, shops and cafes. Also in middle of everyday life, not secluded tourist hotel.

Cons:

Sofa bed was old, sunken and uncomfortable.

Мы поставили фильтры только для выбора отеля, попали на этот вариант, который не является отелем, а только Б&Б . В описании стояла частная парковка. И лишь только после оплаты нам присылают письмо, в котором указывается парковка стоимостью в 80€ в день!!! Нигде в описании не была указана стоимость парковки . После переписки нам предложили другую парковку за 60€ в день. От парковки до б&б нужно идти по пешеходной зоне с огромным количеством людей с чемоданами по вымощенной улице. Далее мы находим подъезд, входим внутрь и обнаруживаем новый сюрприз: чемоданы нужно поднимать по лестнице до лифта, а лифт очень грязный, узкий и платный. Персонал очень внимательный и вежливый, девушки с ресепшен помогали как могли, подготовили монетки для лифта, спускались вниз встретить и показать, как пользоваться лифтом.
Комнаты в целом неплохо, на второй день нам предложили поменять условия проживания на улучшенные.
Но настроение было испорчено ранее информацией, которая выдавалась маленькими порциями.

Cons:

Неправдивая информация в описании, нельзя называть б&б отелем. А для б&б цена неоправданно высокая.
