Relajante , confortable.
Pros:

El trato del personal es muy atento y amable , el hotel está bien cuidado pero sobre todo limpio además la habitación es amplia .
Cuenta con aire acondicionado, el baño es amplio y tiene buena presión de agua.
La habitación cuenta con balcón.

La piscina estaba limpia es pequeña pero perfecta para distraerse un rato y sobre todo refrescarse.

Cons:

Solo es sugerencia que tenga más señalizacion para encontrarlos y además les ayudaría a tener más gente .
O un poquito más de publicidad.

Amable personal, pero deficiente limpieza
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Playa del Carmen, es fácil llegar y está cerca de la terminal de ADO. El personal fue muy amable, y me ayudaron todos los días. Fueron gentiles y era fácil conversar con ellos.

Cons:

La limpieza dejó mucho que desear: al llegar a la habitación encontré que el baño estaba sucio. Además el olor que salía de los sifones tampoco fue agradable.

C'est un hôtel trop bruyant ! Il y a des clubs juste à côté, très difficile de ce reposer dans c'est conditions ! Les chambres manquent de fraîcheur, et elle sont mal isolé.

Small boutique hotel, with daily yoga. Staff were Brilliantly wonderful!! However someone entered our room while we slept. Both my daughter and I had noise cancellation headphones on and didn’t hear the door open but have proof. Mistakes happen. This cute little boutique hotel has a lot of great activities if you’re into yoga.

Relaxing and vibey place to explore playa del carmen!!
Pros:

I loved the vibe of the place!! So relaxing. The location is super close to the beach and many restaurants. Staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Warm and plentiful water. Had a leak in my ac but they transferred us to another room :)

Cons:

The pool was filled with leaves and sink could be cleaned better.

Great spot if you're going to Playa for the beach, restaurants and clubs.
Pros:

Excellent location, right next to one of the best swimming spots in Playa. Very friendly staff. Good hours - pool until midnight, check-out at noon.

Pros:

Les propriétaires super sympathiques. Lieu très propre. Situé à. 2 min. De marche de la plage et 30 sec.de marche de la 5e avenue. oui près de tout mais aussi très très bruyant jusqu'à 2.30 hrs du matin (musique) et ce 7 jrs sur 7 très très désagréable. Petite piscine froide, sans chaise. Le ménage pas fait tous les jrs désagréable aussi. Bon, l'hôtel avait son cachet, les lits et oreillers par contre très confortables.

Great value and location
Pros:

Super close and convenient location. Clean room, cold AC, very nice staff. SUPER comfy bed and pillows. Like surprisingly comfortable.

Cons:

it is literally right behind the bars/clubs so it’s loud. My friend and I both are pretty easy sleepers but if you’re sensitive to sound, I wouldn’t book here.

Pros:

Great hotel for the price, lovely staff, decent rooms, fantastic location, but holy moly it gets pretty loud at night. If you plan to be up late, if you can sleep through noise, if you can sleep with earplugs in, then this is a great little spot.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean. Staff friendly. Some had limited English but we're happy to translate and advise on a translation app. Very central and close to everything

It's just off the main strip so the music from the bars is really loud till around 2am
