No respetaron mi reserva
Hola, reservé y me llegó confirmación de la reserva pero tanto el hotel como booking me dijeron que fue un error al momento de establecer el precio en su página web y me cancelaron mi reservación. Mencionaron en la llamada que tienen una cláusula que dice que si el precio es muy bajo ellos pueden cancelar la reserva.

Indican que se cuenta con estacionamiento, pero no es propio y tiene un cargo adicional al precio

I didn’t know there was breakfast! That would have been nice to know. I was very disappointed when I arrived because my room was not at all like the picture or description that Booking.com showed. After spending half an hour trying to get ahold of Booking.com(they make it impossible!)the front desk woman(Alejandra)took care of me and made things right! Based on the room I ended up getting and the help from Alejandra I would highly recommend this hotel but I would book through the hotel and not Booking.com! The room was very nice and the view was wonderful!
