Sonsuzluk Havuzu için gidiyoruz.
Pros:

Burası bir aile ve çocuk oteli ama bizim gibi çiftler için Sonsuzluk Havuzu çölde vaha gibi. Tüm günü bu havuzda sessiz sakin geçirebilirsiniz. Bu arada Cankurtaran Kadir Bey’in havuzun kurallarını koruma konusundaki kararlılığı nedeniyle ödüllendirmek lazım. Renöve edilen odalar harika. Halen renöve edilmeyen odalar var. Casino iyi ama yeni masa açın dediğimizde talebimize yanıt alamadık.

Cons:

Restoranın kalitesi giderek düşüyor. Yemek kalitesi düşük. Garsonlar yetişemiyor. Servis çok yavaş kalıyor. İçecekler daha kaliteli olabilir.

Disappointing hotel, from the pictures you are attracted to it, but in reality it is not the same, rooms far from the pools, far from the dining room, swimming facilities for children are not safe, swimming facilities work two hours in the morning and three hours after noon, tough staff, I asked for an air conditioner check at 4:30 PM, the technician came at 10:00 PM. Do not recommend

המלון כן ענק ונקי החדרים נקיים ומגוון האוכל באורוחת טוב מאוד. ובחורה בשם אסראא הייתה בקבלה הייתה מאוד טובה .

בסך הכול קיבלו אותנו יפה כשהגענו למלון, אבל לצערי החוויה בהמשך הייתה מאכזבת.
המרחקים בתוך המלון גדולים מאוד. חדר האוכל רחוק מהלובי, וכמעט כל דבר כרוך בתשלום. אפילו מים אינם כלולים. גם מתקני המשחקים שבחוץ הם בתשלום, וליד האקוופארק יש חנות שמוכרת שתייה וגלידות, כך שהילדים מבקשים כל הזמן לקנות. בפועל, בכל פעם שיוצאים מהחדר צריך לקחת את הארנק.
אני גם חייבת לציין את ההתנהלות של עובד הקבלה בשם (מוג'האד). ברגע האחרון, לפני העזיבה, הוא דרש מאיתנו לשלם כמעט 100 דולר על שתייה שהייתה במיני בר בחדר. הוא אף איים להזמין משטרה אם לא נשלם, וזה היה מאוד לא נעים ולא מכבד.
בנוסף, גם חלק מעובדי בית הקפה בלובי לא היו אדיבים, והיחס שקיבלנו מהם היה מאכזב.
