Pros:

Sehr gutes und abwechselreiches Frühstück. Melisa vom Hotelpersonal war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns Super betreut.

Disgraceful stay
Pros:

We often visit the Acapulco for a day as we have a property near by. We like the beach infinity adult pool. Spa.

Cons:

We stayed for 4 days over the Christmas period. We up graded for all inclusive on Christmas day. Food was poor, and only wine or water served fir the generation of the evening, if you wanted something else you needed to go into the main hotel each time. The rooms balcony was blocked so rain water wasnt draining away. The beds wasnt maid on boxing day. Tea coffee etc wasnt replenished at all as complementary. Room wasnt equipped for 3 people only 2. Pillows hard asked for softer ones none was available. The shower smelt unpleasant. Toilet roll wasnt replenished had to ask.
I have contacted the hotel several times to ask for a response to my concerns. No one has replied. I spoke to reception about my complaints whilst there they directed me to customer relations no one was at the desk. Hence why I emailed plus whatsapp.
All in all a very poor experience, with no response from the manager and customer relations.
I will not be returning due to our experience.

Месторасположение , большая и ухоженная территория, есть хорошая детская площадка.

Cons:

Это не то, что не понравилось - просто отель продолжает улучшать территорию, и не везде можно было прогуляться , все эти неудобства временные
