Bungalow was awful. Dark claustrophobic room. In need of refurbishment. Nowhere to sit outside the ‘bungalow’ Got a move once we had complained and paid additional 50 euros. My friends niece is 15. On booking site child is described as 0-17 but were charged additional 119 euros for her stay. Receptionist hounded us to go immediately to reception to pay the extra amount. Not happy at all and felt misled.

Çalışanları çok güleryüzlüydü

Cons:

Daha önce birçok kez tercih ettiğim ve yüksek puan verdiğim bu otelden bu kez memnun ayrılmadım. Balayı çifti olarak konaklamamıza rağmen inşaat sesine maruz kalan 1. katta bir oda verildi, koridordaki tüm ses odaya geliyordu (temizlik görevlilerinin telefon sesleri, konulmaları vs ) bu yüzden dinlenemedik.

Sahilde ve havuz çevresinde sürekli yüksek sesle konuşan/küfürleşen ve rahatsız edici davranışlarda bulunan genç gruplar vardı.

Genel olarak dinlenme beklentimizi karşılamadı ve maalesef tekrar gelmeyi düşünmüyorum.

Şezlong ve şemsiyeler yeterli sayıda vardı. 2 havuzu deneyimleme imkanımız oldu. Büyük olan havuz gerçekten büyük ve bazı yerlerinde 2.20 gibi güzel bir derinlik sağlıyor. Deniz kenarında olan sonsuzluk havuzunun şezlong kısmı keyifli. Havuz kısmı da fazlasıyla uzun. Personeller son derece ilgili ve yardımsever. gün içinde bir kaç defa Otelden girne merkeze ve ters yönlü uygun fiyatlı transfer imkanı mevcut. Casino kısmı da özellikle slot makineleri sayı olarak iyi düzeyde. spa merkezide beklentilerimi karşıladı.

Cons:

Girne merkezden otel transferi saat bilgileri rezervasyon bilgisinde iletilmesi yararlı olurdu.
