Otel her şey düşünülerek yapılmış. A’dan z’ye tüm olanaklar var. Kumsalı harika, aquaparkı var, çocuklu aileler için sayısız seçenek var, spor aktiviteleri, konserler vs. Derken tam 5 yıldızlı otelde ne olması gerekirse var. Bu otele olumsuz yorum yapanlar art niyetlidir.

Cons:

Açık büfe yemek çeşitliliği daha fazla olabilir. Sürekli kendini tekrarlıyor menüler.

My stay at Acapulco Hotel was disappointing overall.

The service was very poor, especially at the reception desk and the valet/vehicle transportation service. The room was not properly cleaned and appeared to have received only a superficial cleaning.

One of the biggest issues was the extremely loud noise from the disco, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay.

The food was good, but not exceptional. In addition, after dining, the strong smell of food from the restaurant and kitchen tended to linger on your clothes.

Another frustrating issue was the room key. Although our room was located quite far from the reception, the key repeatedly stopped working. We had to walk back to reception several times just to reactivate it and gain access to our room.

What disappointed me most was the attitude of the reception staff. When I informed one of the reception employees that I intended to leave an honest review on Booking.com based on my actual experience and the way I was treated, he responded with a sarcastic and dismissive laugh. I found this reaction unprofessional and disrespectful, especially considering the concerns I was raising.

Unfortunately, these issues significantly affected our experience and did not meet the standards we expected.

The hotel is spread over a huge area with a wide variety of facilities, so it never feels crowded. Plenty of activities, pools, beach areas, restaurants and entertainment options for different types of guests. It feels more like a holiday resort village than a standard hotel.

Cons:

the level of service quality was below expectations. The food was average, and unfortunately the staff were not guiding enough for such a large resort. Some staff members also lacked even basic greeting manners, which negatively affected the overall experience.

Plajı çok güzeldi şansımıza çıkış yaptığımız güne kadar deniz dalgasızdı. Havuzu kullanmadık ama hem sonsuzluk havuzu hem de büyük havuz otelin kapasitesi açısından gayet yeterli. Aquapark da büyük ve yeterliydi. Casinonun yenilendiği yönündeki yorumlar sanırım doğru. Makinelerin çoğu yeniydi servis de gayet hızlıydı. Çalışanlar yardımcı oluyor. Tesis içinde sürekli ringlerle ulaşım sağlamak da çok kolaydı.

Cons:

Akşam yemeğinde en azından kola ücretsiz temin edilebilirdi. Odamızda klima çok düzenli çalışmıyordu. Çalışmadığı anlarda resepsiyonu arayınca hızlıca düzeltiyorlardı ancak sonrasında tekrar çalışmadığı oluyordu. Havalar çok sıcak olmadığı için akşamları bizi çok rahatsız etmedi bu durum ancak sıcak günlerde sorun olabilir kontrol edilmesi gerekiyor.
