We had a great stay at Acapulco Hotel! Everything was excellent from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a renovated room, which was fantastic, and the WiFi worked well throughout the entire property.
The food has improved even more since our previous visits, which made our experience even better. Although we visited during the off-season and the aqua park was closed, we still had a wonderful time enjoying the spa area—it was truly great.
The only suggestion I would make is to reconsider the policy of not allowing kids in the salt pool. For parents, it can be quite difficult to leave children in another pool just to enjoy the salt pool for a while.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay—we will definitely consider coming back!
