Brand new and good hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very new and clean. It is located in the city center and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We could drink coffee using a hot-water server and instant coffee powder in the restaurant area on the ground floor for free. The receptionist was friendly. The communication with the hotel was good.

Cons:

The rooms are equipped with only the bare minimum, no kettle, no fridge (the owner might be afraid of having hotel items stolen). But luckily a hairdryer is attached to the wall of the bathroom. We stayed in a room on the first floor and the balcony smelled dirt and grass. Therefore, there was no point to pay for extra money for the balcony unless you have a strong need to smoke (there was an ashtray on the balcony). The hotel only accepts cash for payment.

מלון חדש. החומרים של המלון חדשים ומשובחים. המיקום היה נהדר. החדרים היו גדולים עם מרפסת (אפילו שלא ניתן לשבת בהם כי במרפסות החארות מעשנים תמיד)
הצוות לא יודע הרבה אנגלית אך עזר לנו ובא לקראתנו, לדוגמא כשרצינו לאכול בחדר אוכל למרות שלא מוכרים ארוחות בוקר עדיין.
המיקום מעולה והוא מרחק עשרות מטרים מכל דבר שצריך (כספומט, צרכנייה, ארוחת בוקר, סופרמרקט, המסעדות הכי טובות וכו...)
יש נוף מדהים מהמרפסות. האויר צלול ונקי.

ביקורת בונה - בגלל שאהבנו את המקום ואת הצוות, אני מפרט על הליקוייים בתקווה שהם יתוקנו....
במרפסת שלנו לא היו כסאות, אולי כי היא קטנה מידי.
הבניה במלון כנראה לא הושלמה עדיין אך הם הכניסו אורחים כנראה כדי להכניס כסף, כי לא היתה ארוחת בוקר למרות שהמטבח בשיפוצים ונראה שהוא יהיה ערוך לספק ארוחות בוקר בעתיד.
לא היו מעקות לגרמי המדרגות וזה מסוכן.
רואים שאין "פינישים" עדיין וחסרים בלטות פה ושם.
הזרם במקלחות לא משהו וחבל.
לא הקדישו מחשבה לתדברים הקטנים. לדוג' - המתקן של הנייר טואלט רחוק מאוד מהאסלה ולא ניתן להשתמש בו כשיושבים על האסלה. במקלחת אין זכוכית אז המים משפריצים לכל חדר הרחצה.
הכניסה למלון צרה ומחנים בה רכבים תמיד, כך שחנינו בחוץ וסחבנו את המזוודות בידיים, כי הדרך לא סלולה ויש בה אבנים קטנות.
לדלתות בחדרים ובחדר האוכל אין מעצור והם נטרקות על הקיר ופוצעות אותו - חבל. לפעמים הדלות תקועות ובקושי נפתחות וצריך להשתמש בכוח.
חבל מאוד מאוד. השקיעו כל כך הרבה כסף על חומרים משובחים, אך לא חשבו עד הסוף ויש הרבה ליקויים קטנים ומעצבנים.
יש למלון הרבה פוטנציאל ואני מקווה שהבעלים יתאמצו בסוף ויתנו את הטאץ' הסופי, את האחוזים הבודדים כדי להפוך את המלון למושלם, כי המלון יכול להיות מרהיב ומדהים.

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. It was clean and the atmosphere was friendly.

Cons:

The room lacked a mini fridge and a kettle. Also, the soundproofing was very poor - we couldn’t fall asleep for a long time because of other guests.
