J'ai rencontré ma toute nouvelle petite fille et tout le reste, pfuit...

J'ai bien dormi avec vue sur l'arrière...

Cons:

Je suis arrivé dans une chambre où la prise près du lit ne fonctionnait qu'avec le plafonnier allumé ! Très gênant, surtout quand on a une machine anti-apnée à brancher pour la nuit. La solution ? Une rallonge traversant toute la chambre depuis la porte d'entrée. Merci pour la “réparation” mais un petit geste commercial aurait été appréciable. Comme je suis tombé sur un cafetière à capsule qui les écrasait et qu'on ma généreusement offert un expresso au restaurant.

Super freundlicher Empfang vom Chef persönlich. Uriges nettes kleines Zimmer unter dem Dach. Frühstück, Küche, alles bestens.

Awful: No way to ameliorate the exceedingly hot room and no financial recompense for having toleave.
Pros:

The room was ready and appealing.

Cons:

1) Required carrying luggage up or down seven flights of stairs.
2) There is no bathroom door for privacy!
3) Worst of all, there is no air conditioning or control. The room was oven-hot and unhealthy and unsleepable.
4. No refund was offered for the unused remaining two days, even though we had no choice but to find somewhere tenable.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Preis wegen Montreux Jazz Festival sehr hoch im Vergleich zur Zimmerausstattung. Lage super, Atmosphäre sehr angenehm.
Sehr sauber. Kaffee fantastisch.

Cons:

Lüftung defekt, Dusche/WC sehr sauber, aber alt und klein.

Perfect location and friendly staff make up for uncomfortable room.
Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great! Restaurant offers a good & varied menu.

Cons:

Room was dated, shower was tiny with no proper hot/cold water & bed wasn’t comfortable. There’s construction ongoing in front of building - noise & dust. Very hot, no proper fans or air con. Request for refurbished rooms if you stay. No elevator, be prepared to walk up stairs but staff can help with luggage.

Für die Durchreise grundsätzlich ein Hotel zu einem guten Preis. Leider hat das heisse Zimmer ein Schlafen fast verunmög

Cons:

Extrem heisses Zimmer. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Sehr kleine Dusche. Am Morgen kein Checkout möglich, da alles abgeschlossen war.

I liked atmosphere and location of hotel.
Pros:

Amazing location..ongoing works in Grande Place. Will be great location when finished.I was at back of building which backs onto public balconies but ok with window shut. Drilling in corridors but not a problem as done during day when I was out. I would go back to this hotel.

Cons:

A bit noisy at back of building facing public balconies.
