Over all staff are courteous and fast service

Bathroom in the unit is old, needs to renovate, replace old speckled mirror, need to replace old overused towels with fresh new towels

Do not stay here!

The view, that is it.

Cons:

It was a ghost town our rooms didn't lock there was no internet, no cell signal, and they posted a strange man outside of our room. It took 5 minutes to get to our rooms and we checked out within about 5 minutes of being in a rooms. They were disgusting and we felt so creeped out by the whole experience. Also a majority of the hotel is shut down for remodeling and they don't let you know that. They put us in a very old ratty section of the hotel super far away from the entrance although the view is great everything else was terrible. And of course we couldn't get any of our money back. We filed a report with bookings specifically because we felt so unsafe while we were there. But of course they disputed it.

Old but still functional with great staffs.
Pros:

The STAFFS are great, very warm and welcoming, attentive, courteous and accommodating. The room for 4 people is spacious enough and has a good view of the lake. The linens and towels were all clean and comfortable enough.

Cons:

The facilities were old and needed updating. The refrigerator and bathroom fixtures were too old but still functional. The outside showers in the pool area were all defective and we didn't noticed if there were shower rooms. The food choices were limited and expensive. So it's best to bring your own food or just eat at the nearby restaurants.
