Staff at the front desk need more Training specifically Managers
I was disappointed on arrival they didn’t accept my visa credit card for almost 2 hours and kept on changing my reservation to different companies and finally they managed and their prices was very high compared to Hotels nearby and when I told them next morning I didn’t like the hotel they didn’t
Want to listen Oh I have already paid for 3 nights they can’t Refund my my so that’s why I had to let my Credit Card know and Disapute about it I 0NE night and should credit 2 nights and they gave me any paperwork they told it will come in my email which up today date I have not received

We booked a presidential suit for 3 days and it was our worse experience. Nothing was working. No hot water in shower. B

Cons:

The facilities. The room everything was not Wat we expected and what we paid for. Even the electrical appliance were either not working or in a damage condition
