Cons:

Highly disappointed with the stay. First of all there is no entrance to this resort. Since its cliff side - you have to walk around a km to reach room and if it rains- you are gone - parking is around a km away from rooms - they say it’s beach facing and garden facing and all those but please don’t have too much expectations.. its all fake .. apart from being being near North cliff - this resort .. sorry rooms has nothing else. Rude restaurant staff- its actually for outsiders and if room mates call they don’t answer. Even if at least one or other was good .. I would have not been frustrated.. Towels are yellowish !!! No proper TV connection.. The interest they show till reservation is not available afterwards. Waste of ₹5000 per night. Please don’t get fooled by reviews.. we experienced it- we booked 3 rooms and it was given north - east- south … even though its same booking.. too much attitude and lack of service.. No one answers your call after once payment is made.. Again your choice if you want to suffer and post review again. Just my opinion.

Difficult to access for people with families. Good views of the sea from the cliff.
Pros:

Loation on on beach-side cliff, beautiful vast sea shore views once ouside the hotel room. Simple place with good restaurant ('italian') next to hotel rooms. Vegetarian food outlet nearby.

Cons:

Area is always crowded with beach cliff walkers (about 7-8 feet narrow uneven pathway), but has good views once one is outside of hotel gate. Need to walk about 100 meters to get taxi/cabs. Carrying luggage will be an issue, unless you communicate with front-desk and pay more.

Room needs repair

Place is good just next to the cliff lane!!

Cons:

Room was big but it had lot of issues, water stinks, no hot water in the room that we got, and water leaking in the room from a switch board and you cant open bath door from inside as it gets stuck!! Since our stay was short it was OK but would recommend to check room before once!!

Good location and value
Pros:

A nice small hotel with beautiful gardens set on the cliff with good view and good value for money. The restaurant serves good local and international food

Cons:

There was no Porter at 8.30am and as the hotel has no car service road and access is by foot over a stony 1 ft wide path we struggled with the help of the Security Guard to take our luggage to the car.

Excellent
Pros:

The staff were lovely, the room was upgraded for us so we had a sea view, the garden is beautiful so you feel away from the busyness of Nth Cliff's but uts right there when you want to shop ir eat. The room is roomy and well equipped with a tea and coffee statin, large bathroom and lively balcony . Cafe del Mar is right out front and has great food.
