Sehr kurzfristig wäre dann nicht schlecht zum übernachten
Pros:

Der Unterkunft war auf der beliebte Straße von Berivan in der Central von Berivan mit viele Kaffee ein Restorante auf die Straße gegenüber von ein schöne Park mit viele Brunnen.
Allerdings der Klima hat nicht gut funktioniert wenn wir den Fenster aufgemacht war richtig laut.

Cons:

Dass der Unterkunft hat kein eigene Parkplätze und auch keinen Frühstück angeboten.

Отличный отель! Чистые и уютные номера, всё есть необходимое для комфортного проживания. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь. Удобное расположение, рядом есть магазины, кафе и транспорт. Остались только положительные впечатления. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и рекомендуем этот отель другим гостям.

Очень грязно в номере
Pros:

Единственный плюс отеля - расположение на прекрасном бульваре в центре Еревана. Рядом круглосуточный супермаркет Ереван сити и самые лучшие в городе рестораны кафе.
Персонал любезный.
В номере есть холодильник.
Белье чистое. На этом плюсы заканчиваются.

Cons:

В номере грязно. Палас не меняли наверное с момента открытия. Мебель обшарпанная, розетки отваливаются. Стены везде грязные. Чайник дешёвый, грязный и старый. Поднос с посудой не мыли годами. Основание кровати протёртое. Откуда взялись четыре звёзды, не понимаю. Даже в отеле без звёзд должно быть элементарно чисто.
Цена очень завышена.

Nice staff, nice rooms in a nice area
Pros:

Nice rooms in the middle of town.

Cons:

The things i didn't like were mostly about booking.com, not the hotel.
- Incorrect facility information (pool/bidet not present)
- Did not communicate my preferences (two small beds when we wanted 1 large)

We booked last-minute in peak season, which is a bad idea - much more expensive. Don't do this!
