Pros:

Нам очень понравилось отношение людей в Армении - удивительно теплое, участливое и искреннее. Во время нашей поездки сыну нужно было срочно подготовить компьютер к важному экзамену на следующий день, и менеджер отеля отложил свои дела, чтобы несколько часов помогать нам с настройкой и переустановкой системы. Это была помощь не «по обязанности», а по-человечески - с огромным терпением и желанием помочь.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал отеля - сотрудники уборки постоянно спрашивали, как проходит подготовка к экзамену, переживали за результат и всегда были очень вежливы и доброжелательны. Именно из таких деталей складывается настоящее ощущение тепла и гостеприимства. Спасибо вам за атмосферу, в которую хочется возвращаться

Pros:

Быстрое заселение, удобное расположение отеля, довольно тихо. Номер отличный за свою цену, нам все понравилось. Каждый день ставили питьевую воду в номер. Прямо у входа есть прекрасное итальянское кафе и супермаркет.

Cons:

Немного плохо работает вытяжка и иногда запах сигарет проходил в номер - то ли из коридора, то ли из вытяжки.

Ужасный, грязный, убитая комната, палас на полу нужно выкинуть на помойку, стены грязные, холодильник требежит, дверцы отвалились от минибара, решетку вентилятора не чистили никогда, шум с улицы... Полный атцтой

Рекомендую селиться только в крайнем случае.
Pros:

Единственное достоинство отеля - сотрудники. Быстро отвечают и идут навстречу пожеланиям. К ним претензий нет. Расположение также неплохое - 20 минут пешком до площади Республики. Ближайший музей Сарьяна 7 минут пешком.

Cons:

Очень старый и обветшавший отель с пола до потолка. Грязно. Мой ребенок отказался там жить наотрез и уехал в другой отель. Мы поселились от безысходности, так как достаточно дешево и уже не было времени найти другой вариант. Считаю, что владельцы срочно должны все закрыть и отремонтировать. Стыдно в такой отель селить людей, да еще и ставить 4 звезды. Завтраков нет - не верьте тому, что написано на сайте, сейф не работает в номере. Мебель обветшавшая, ковровое покрытие отвратительно грязное (не заглядывайте под кровать и под простыни).
