It was very bad
Pros:

The only advantage were the location and friendly reception men.

Cons:

I have a family room
It is just two floors of residential building with zero facilities.
The hotel is very old equipped without proper maintenance (the faceplates were coming out when we want to charge our mobiles)
The widow handle was not working, and we couldn't close the window
The reserved room to booking.com oriented to backside opposite and close to another building and under your windows, we can see only the trach containers.
The bathroom was very bad, only thin man (thin/ not pregnant women) can get into the shower
The biggest problem was the AC which has preset for all rooms at 26, and the guest can make any setting for the room temperature.
At the end, I stayed only the first night of my reservation and cancelled the second one.

Great location and nice staff, but definitely not 4 stars for sure
Pros:

Great location in the very center, and very helpful staff

Cons:

Overall impression - the hotel is definitely far from 4 stars. The room was not modern, shower cabin had broken doors, so it was replaced with curtain. Generally the room looked very worn-out and tired

Toilets are broken and messy, the hotel is only 2 floors but they show a big building, elevator can hold 2 big suitcases

Pros:

Die Lage war Super. Das Hotel ist kein wirkliche Hotel, sonder der Appartementen Haus. 2 Etage. Der Junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr Freundlich. Hat die Klimaanlage im Zimmer eingeschaltet.

Cons:

Sehr Dunkel. Sehr altes Möbel. Die Dusche Vorhang. Sehr Harte Betten. Das ist kein Hotel, Kein leben, kein Bar.
