よかったです。
Pros:

建物の割に中が綺麗でした(^^)

Cons:

後にメッセージで来るのではなくて、住所にビル名を入れてくれるとありがたい。
お風呂場の件は聞いていたが、ダイニングルームの電灯は落ちてるしキッチンの横は金属が剥がれていて危ない。
アメニティや備え付けのものはとても助かった。

Pros:

Great central location

Cons:

All bedrooms have to walk through central bedroom tonuse shower. 1 bedroom needs to walk through central bedroom bonuses toilet. Layout poor, no privacy. Extra chairs stacked up in several places taking up space.

Was very nice and modern. Good size accommodation. Great facilities for cooking/washing.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Short walk to the train line. Clean and modern. The accommodation had plenty of space to fit my family of 5. Great facilities available for cooking and washing.

Cons:

Beds were ok. Not the best. Not the worst. Still not 100% certain if we were getting bitten by things outside whilst walking around or if it was bed bugs.

Extremely noisy (next to JR train) but big
Pros:

Quite a big apartment. Well equipped and located. Clean.
Close to Ostuka and Sugamo station.
Close to convenience stores.

Cons:

- Extremely noisy apartment. It is right next to the JR. Even with good earplugs you can clearly hear the loud passing of the trains. I would not recommend it if you are a lift sleeper or looking for a restful stay.
- Extremely uncomfortable beds. When you pass your hand of the mattresses, you can feel the metallic springs. Backache guaranteed.
- There are four double beds : two in one bedroom, the two others in ensuite bedrooms (meaning you need to cross one bedroom to access the other one - not great for intimacy).
- The only 3 apartments of the building are all Booking.com rentals so expect noise. The apartment below was occupied by noisy young people (techno music at 11.30pm when I have to wake up at 6am..) - had to ask them to stop, which they did fortunately.
- No lift - apartment is located on the 3rd floor and the steps are big. I would not recommend it if you have heavy suitcases.
- Not enough cutlery / plates etc.
- Not even one tea bag / instant coffee. Having a little welcome kit available at the flat would be appreciated by the guests : some tea bags, coffee, oil, salt, pepper.
- No storage / wardrobes
- As everywhere in Japan, no blackout blinds so bring your sleeping masks
