Good location and exceptional service
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with a good selection of both Asian and European. Location was excellent with easy walking distance to both the beach and city. Having previously work for Hilton Hotel in London, the staff and services was exceptional. A big thank you to all the staff, especially Lien and Ngan for making our stay memorable.

Lokalizacja, wielkość pokoju, dostępność żelu, szczotek do zębów, patyczków do uszu itp.
Sympatyczna obsługa.

Cons:

Klimatyzacja, która działała wyłącznie podczas obecności w pokoju , przez co temperatura sięgała zenitu po powrocie do hotelu.
Pościel była poplamiona.
Ślady stóp odbite na podłodze w pokoju - poprzednich gości.
Zapach, szczególnie na korytarzu, niezwykle uciążliwy i duszący.
Szlafroki oraz laczki bardzo zniszczone, jakby używane i nieuprane.
Obsługa, choć miła, zapomniała dostarczyć walizek do pokoju więc musieliśmy się o nie dopominać.
Niestety stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo na minus, nie polecam tego hotelu.

The hotel maid was always banging on the door at 9 in the morning. Very annoying. There were also indians blasting music in their rooms. But everything else was fine.

Идеальное место для семейного отдыха
Pros:

Самый лучший опыт за все время путешествия по Вьетнаму. Отличный отель, комната просторная и удобная, с хорошей планировкой. Множество мелочей, которые делают проживание еще более комфортным. Отличный завтрак, большое разнообразие блюд на выбор, вкусная, качественная, свежая еда, даже ребенок остался доволен, а это о чем-то говорит. Невероятно вежливый персонал, гостеприимные люди, готовые предупредить все пожелания. Бассейн не на крыше, а рядом с отелем, достаточно длинный, чтобы сделать несколько заплывов туда-обратно. По сравнению с другим отелем за ту же цену, в которым мы останавливались перед этим, этот отель заслуживает пять звёзд.
До пляжа пешком 15 минут, но это незначительный минус. Еще прямо рядом круглосуточный магазинчик с едой и разными мелочами, которые вдруг могут понадобиться.

The people working for the hole are amazing. Friendly and helpful

Cons:

Some street noise even though I was on the 8th floor. There is a big restaurant open till 5 am . Probably the windows are not the best

großes zimmer, gutes frühstück auf der dachterasse, freundliches und hilfsbereites personal! SAUBER! liegt recht zentral. top preisleistung!

Cons:

die zimmerkarte muss zum stromanschalten eingesteckt sein, es ist eine spezialkarte die nicht durch eine normale creditkarte ersetzbar ist. deshalb können akkus nicht geladen werden oder das zimmer in abwesenheit (zb frühstück) gekühlt werden.

Pros:

시내와 가까워서 위치도 괜찮았고, 가격대비 객실 퀄리티 괜찮았습니다. 저는 욕조를 꼭 사용하고 싶어서 스위트룸으로 헀는데, 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 오토바이 사용하면 지하에 주차할 수 있고, 수영장도 괜찮은 크기였습니다. 욕조와 수영장을 모두 즐기고싶어서 찾다가 예약했는데, 그 두 가지 메리트를 감안하면 가성비가 괜찮은 호텔이였습니다. 박당 10만원 이하로 욕조와 수영장 모두 있는 곳은 많이 없더라구요.

Cons:

가장 아쉬운 점은 소음이였습니다. 레스토랑이 10층에서 계단으로 한 층 걸어올라가는 구조였고, 저희 방이 10층 엘리베이터와 계단이 만나는 쪽에 있어서 유동인구가 많았고, 소리가 방으로 꽤 들어오더군요. 조식이 6시반~9시반인가 그래서 아침 늦게까지 자기에는 아침 일찍 조금 시끄러웠습니다. 그리고 호텔 바로 옆에 24시간 야외 맥주집같은게 있어서 새벽 4-5시에 화장실가려고 일어나도 건배소리가 활기차더라구요. 잠을 못 잘 정도까지는 아니지만, 소음에 민감하신 분들은 감안하셔야 할 것 같습니다.
