נחמד מאוד.
Pros:

נעים מאוד, חדר יחסית גדול, 2 מרפסות, נוף לים, מיטה גדולה ונוחה מאוד, מקלחת מצויינת מרווחת.

Cons:

לא ניקו כמו שצריך לדעתי, לא החליפו מצעים כל זמן השהות, לא הביאו נייר טואלט חדש כל השהות.

Останавливаемся второй раз. Расположение отличное. В целом, рекомендую. Душевное, атмосферное место.

Удобное расположение, близко ко всем основным достопримечательностям, торговым улочкам и кафушек с ресторанами, прекрасный вид с балкона, приветливый персонал, каждый день убирают номер и выдают по 2 бутылочки минеральной воды...

Cons:

Душевая кабинка без двери, когда купаешься, всё разбрызгивается на пол.

Top Lage Sehr angenehme Umgebung Hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption
Pros:

Top Lage mit phantastischem Ausblick auf die Stadt. Gutes Frühstücksbufet.
Im Innenhof sehr schöne Athmosphäre mit guten Restaurants auch mit typisch regionalen Gerichten.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und begleitete uns sogar bis zum Geldautomaten.

Konum Olağanüstü, Temiz ve Keyifli.
Pros:

Konumu şahaneydi, istediğiniz her yere yürüme mesafesinde, etrafı ışıklı, bol bol mekanlar ve gezilecek yerleri var, kahvaltısında çok çeşit yok ama yeterli diyebilirim. Odalar her gün temizleniyor eksik olan her şey odaya konuluyor. Çok temiz bir otel.

Cons:

Tesiste tek beğenmediğim kısım çalışanların dil yetersizligi, Batum turistik açıdan çok fazla Türk barındırıyor hiçbiri Türkçe bilmiyor hatta İngilizceleri bile çok sıkıntılı anlamak için sürekli zorlanıyorsunuz. Özellikle resepsiyondaki kişilerin en azından az da olsa Türkçe bilmesi ve İngilizceyi de akıcı, sakin konuşması gerekiyor diye düşünüyorum. Onun dışında herşey çok güzeldi.
