Beautiful hotel

Friendly, comfortable, clean and a great location!
Pros:

Our room was lovely with a view of the castle walls. Such a great location, right in the heart of historic Lincoln. Really comfortable, with an amazing bathroom. Pub across the road, as well as a tapas bar. Breakfast was just right for us. We had the coffee and pastries. As much coffee as you could drink. There was also fruit and yoghurt, not to mention a really helpful and smiley member of staff on hand to answer all our queries.

A good stay tv was broken and if we waited for 45 minutes we could get a cooked breakfast at the cafe across the yard at

Very enjoyable stay in a good location.
Pros:

Lovely coffee bags in the room rather than just granules. The continental breakfast included in the price was just right for us. Easy to access restaurants and pubs within a short walk.

Cons:

The coffee bags were a little difficult to get into, must remember to bring a pair of scissors next time.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms and location of the hotel was very good.
The hop on and off bus service was excellent stopped at the hotel.

Cons:

Would have liked the option of a cooked breakfast, only when we checked out was we informed we could have got 10% off from a nearby cafe. Nonetheless we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Definitely worth considering for Lincoln stay.
Pros:

Great location at the top of steep hill, views of the castle walls and cathedral . Nice big rooms and beds, lovely bath and shower and nice touch with the stokes tea and coffee

Cons:

Continental breakfast included wasn’t up to much, a bit more selection needed and a few more staff about would be good. Had to find someone to fill the coffee machine with beans and milk. Also can be noisy on a windy night at the top of the hill.

A friendly, value for money Hotel, well situated for the main attractions of the castle and cathedral
Pros:

The property was ideallly located to help make the most of our first visit to Lincoln. The bedroom was comfortable and the breakfast suited our needs before exploring the city. It was also perfectly placed for evening meals a Spanish tapas restaurant and Indian curry house.

Cons:

The only drawback was the cost of parking which added £20.60 to the bill (no free hotel parking!)

Great location if visiting Lincoln. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is an old building and has a charm about it

Cons:

Furniture was relevant to period of the hotel however for my needs I found it uncomfortable.
