Great place to stay, right on the castle doorstep
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel and the person on the desk was lovely, got given a map etc. gorgeous clean rooms with decent tea and coffee. Rooms cleaned daily. We loved it. Loved the breakfast area etc

EXCELLENT LOCATION. Very nice, quiet hotel
Pros:

EXCELLENT location. Great Council run 24hr parking next-door to the hotel. Very friendly staff. Free WiFi. Lovely big rooms (I stayed in a superior double room, it had a small lounge with tv and sofa, separate bedroom and big shower. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of pubs nearby. Definitely recommend staying here.

Cons:

There didn't appear to be lifts in the hotel.
It's at the top of Steep Hill so if you're not fit it's a steep walk back to the hotel. That's the only consideration I would think about.

Lovely hotel great location but noisy till late at night
Pros:

Great location, lovely hotel the breakfast was basic but good, only down side very noisy till late at night .

Cons:

There was a speaker for music attached to the wall outside under the room so the music could be heard till late at night .

Pros:

The hotel is well situated in the cathedral Quarter easy walking distance to all the sights plus the town centre. Very clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is continental with a large variety of meats cheese and cereals and you can have as much as you like .

Cons:

I didn't dislike anything about my stay there.

Very nice stay in a great location to visit historic Lincoln.
Pros:

Location was excellent, rooms are spacious, nice little bar in the property and plenty of parking.

Cons:

Breakfast was little lacking, room was very warm (heat wave) not easy to get it cool.
